Review: My girlfriend just completed a two week driving course at this school. Her driving instructor, **. [redacted], made sexually inappropriate comments and advances toward her during the two driving sessions. She was very uncomfortable and the quality of her driving lessons was compromised because of his actions.Desired Settlement: I want this to be made a matter of record and be forwarded to his job so that no other women have to be subject to his sexual advances. I also want him/the company to provide her a written apology.

Our main objective is to provide a professional and courteous service to the community. It is to our dismay that these events have come to our attention and we greatly apologize for the unhappy experience. It is not our wish that any customer leave us in an unsatisfactory manor. Therefore, we would like to offer the six hours behind the wheel again if it pleases the customer.

Under normal circumstances, if a student is unhappy with an instructor, we would reassign the student to a different instructor, however, we were not made aware of the situation until now. The conduct that the customer refers to is unacceptable in our organization. We will address this issue with the instructor regarding this complaint and give him the opportunity to respond.

We strive to be the best we can be and without comments from our customers we cannot achieve excellence. Please find enclosed a response from the instructor what occurred from his point of view. If you should have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
