My Tech checked this range and found that the bake element was burned out .She ordered a new element and when she returned to install it, discovered that the control board was insect infested.Realizing, at that point that the repair would run over $550.00, advised the customer to replace the range....

The Customer was charged the original service fee of $48.50 .The customer was told that if she wanted the non working range reassembled the charge would be $90.00.The reason we will not refund the service fee is that we made two trips to her house, and be will be charged a restocking fee and freight fee, when the part is returnedThis customer requested that we buy her a new range. We are so sorry, we would love be able to afford to buy new appliances all of our customers, but I don't see that happening any time if the foreseeable future.

Mr. [redacted] had another Company described as "some 1" move his Refrigerator and repair his floor, after it was moved it started leaking. Iwill check his Refrigeratro at no charge. But he will have to get "some 1" to pull it out as I will not take any chance on damaging his new floor. Once He has it...

pulled out call me and we will check it at no charge...

I am rejecting this response because:That is not true y'all moved the refrigerator 3 times an your serviceman [redacted] said the last time that was all fixed an that was all that could be done so the floor was fixed without moving the fridge because my floor guy repaired what was torn up from being pulled out by y'all numerous times . If [redacted] the serviceman wouldn't have said that I wouldn't have had floor fixed

at  That was not the case.  on 9/16/16 at 6:00 pm The minute I told arrow appliance that the stove was working before it was dismantled he blew up and began shouting over me telling me "your circuit board was infested with roaches and was not working that is why your stove was broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!."  I repeat myself again.  he then says "what do you want!!!!!!!!!!! what do you want!!!!!!!!!!!!!"  I unprepared for this question reply "well I'll take my service fee back"  he then says "oh yeah, that's all you want huh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  that's all you want!!!!!!!!!!!!!  well you know what?!!!!! how about if we go out there and put you stove back together?!!!!!!!!!! it will cost you $90!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  how about that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"  arrow appliance came and diagnosed my stove on 08/23/16, left and left me a note that says" I am ordering a burner orifice from dallas.  it should arrive in 3-5 days.  we will call you when it's delivered. The stove was in working condition.  on 8/31/16, I called and inquired about the part since I had not heard from them.  on 9/12/16, arrow appliance calls me and we made arrangements for 9/16/16 between 2-4 pm.  I asked how long it would take to fix he says about an hour.  the stove was in working condition until it was dismantled by arrow appliance on 9/16/16 when their tech was not able to put it back together.  the tech arrived around 2:00pm I had to pull the stove out of its space as I could see that she was struggling to pull it out of its space, she dismantled the stove.  at 5:00 she tells me that the circuit board was infested with roaches and it would cost $300 to replace.  She suggested I consider buying a new stove.  I tell her fine go ahead and put the stove back together.  the tech says okay and began working on the stove.  I can see that she is struggling putting the stove back together.  I think to myself, "i don't think she is going to be able to put it back together"  but I give her the benefit of the doubt.  at 5:15 pm she asks me if I would like her to help me take the stove outside or could she just close it up and push it back into its space since I was going to buy a new stove anyway.  I felt bad for her.  I asked my tenant who was there during the entire time  if that was okay with her.  leaving the stove in its place and that I would go find a stove that night.  my tenant was okay with it.  I asked the tech if she had disconnected the stove from the wall.  she said no.  okay?!?!  I paid her the service fee of $48.50.  I paid because a job was done.  I call arrow appliance at 6:00 pm just to let him know what had happened just so he could know.  but as I mentioned earlier he immediately blew up and said that the circuit board was broken and that was why my stove was not working.  it was working.  arrow appliance allowed their inexperienced, unknowledgeable tech to dismantle my stove and make it inoperable.  my tenant was in the house when this happened.  after I paid the tech my tenant tells me "i cant believe you paid her.  the stove doesn't work anymore."  I tell her 'yeah, I am going to call arrow appliance and let them know what happened.' then arrow appliance told me where to go as I mentioned earlier.yes, arrow appliance is pretending to be all sugar and spice wishing they could buy me a new stove and all.  if they had initially behaved in a professional manner we might not have arrived to this situation.  shame on arrow appliance for behaving in such an irrational, ugly, unprofessional manner as a business.  and shame on arrow appliance for allowing inexperienced, unknowledgeable  techs to go out and work on appliances without a knowledgeable tech.

Delia Garcia
