Now with my ***Does anyone remember when it first brought thereMy imported headlights where stolenMy imported lip was stolen*** acted like he couldn't find itThen you guys just brushed it under the rugI wasn't offered any type of recourse because *** no longer worked thereAnd ***'s words were things get lost in the shuffle all the timeAnd I found *** at another shop he was working atAnd he said the stuff was at your shopSo I came backPicked up my car and paid full priceAnd nothing still has been done till this dayAnd this is stuff I had to pay for all over againThen I hear threw ***'s mouth*** doesn't like me on the propertyBecause when I brought another big job thereMy *** to get a major upgrade and a nose put onTo the tune of He said I took the a grillThe old grill to my ***The only reason I haven't confronted *** to this day about itIs because *** kept saying he would handle itBecause no one accuses me of stealingBut it's funnyHe doesn't like me on the property but keeps taking thousands of my money. Now lets get to the present pointAfter all this nonsense and *** not painting my hood the right way from the beginningI need some touch up doneNicks and scrapesAnd my hood and my engine painted the right way like it was suppose to be the first time I paid you guys to get the car doneI schedule to get the car doneTold by *** it was going to be Don't question him about the hood or anythingGive him a deadlineIn which you guys go way overSuprise! Then I pick up my car and nothing is done to my likingMy hood is still not painted the right wayNor my engine bayMy lip isn't installedAnd when I pick the car upI'm handed a spray paint can of clear and told to do it myselfBut here's the best partMy motor that I spent so much money building is knocking!!! WhyBecause while in your car and on your propertyI have a full text message from *** confirming soThe owner of all American tint who you contract for workPours a foreign fluid in my gas tank!!! Because he had a miscommunication with a person at his shop and didn't think I paid himBut that's not the pointAgain my car was damaged in your careAnd *** confirmed itAfter he told me to *** * *** one after complaining once again about the workSo now on top of other things I have to do when my cars leave your shopI'm spending thousands of dollars to get new motor builtBut I won't be letting this one go unscavedI filed a police report after ***'s confirmation of what happenedAnd honestly I saved all text messages and have other evidenceI'm just going to sue for what's rightBecause I wouldn't dare bring any of my vehicles there againAll the people I had going thereI'm telling them to stay awayBecause *** the person you have handling most thingsDoesn't know how to do business and I'm not going to let one of my vehicles get ruined again by arrow autobody! I will be bring my cars to a reputable body shop to get things adjusted and fixed properlyI have estimatesI'm asking for you to cover the work that I already paid you forThat I have to do twiceIf we can't come to an agreementAfter the police are done with there investigationI will be bringing this to court.

I recently used Arrow Body to fix some damages on one of my vehiclesAll of my friends and family know that I collect cars and always take extremely good care of what I ownThey also know that when one gets damaged, I want it fixed to perfectionArrow Body Shop met and exceeded in every way the high standards that I expectI would strongly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle

I've been using Arrow Auto Body and *** *** since I've entrusted him with everything from a late model Honda "daily driver" to my vintage BMWHe's done insurance work and personal projects, like repainting a year old muscle bike, and the work is always top-notchArrow is the kind of place where everyone is real down-to-earthyou knowjust friendly and trustworthyDon't hesitatecall Arrow Auto BodySeriouslyYou won't be disappointed

Bottom line is this. Your company provided a service. I picked the cars up. Which were overall fine. And told your manager or the person you let handle business about certain things wrong with the cars. When we were on good terms. He says ok he will have them taken care of. Now when I reached out again about the things it go [redacted] one!?!? Contradicting myself how?? Because I commended [redacted] on a paint job he did 5 years ago? Lol. Yeah your right  Sure did! I never said that cars or the complete paint jobs are horrible. I want to get stuff rectified that should of been done before hand. So I'm pretty sure any [redacted] could see what I'm trying to do. Get my hood on my [redacted] painted the right way. That I brought it there twice for! And paid 2 separate times to do. And get my passenger side headlight area fixed the right way and the rust on the inner fender fixed. Because it was sanded down to the bare metal and not fixed the proper way. Crazy thing is. I'm in business for myself and if I had a customer complaint I'd try to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Especially a customer like my self who's put 1000.00s of dollars into my business. A customer like myself who had a 1000s of dollars worth of parts stolen while his vehicles where there and still continued to bring vehicles there for one reason only. [redacted] is the only reason I do any type of business with arrow auto body. As matter of [redacted] is the reason 80% of your business comes threw that door. Hence the reason most customers come there and deal directly with him. But I guess I don't know what I'm talking about in that aspect either. I never had any of my cars because Arrow Autobody is so great. It's [redacted]. Hence when he left all his clients went with him. And we he came back they followed. He's a phenomenal painter. Horrible at customer service. So here's the bottom line. My cars were painted. But I have issues that need to be rectified. Seeing that I spent a lot of money on my vehicles. I don't feel comfortable bringing them back there. Because your shop allowed your contractor to pour water into my gas tank. Causing major damage. And also my cars were there long enough more than once and the things weren't done. So I'm having another quality shop correct your few mistakes. And something has to be done. Because this will be the second and third time due to Arrow Autobodys mistakes. But it's not understanding like your understanding what I'm saying. So please forward your lawyers info. I'll contact he or she.  As as far as your text messages and evidence you have. It can't be much. Because I have all the same. And as far as the praise. There sure is some for I'm sure your read: [redacted] the painter. Not Arrow Autobody as a whole. So my phone number or email hasn't changed. Either you can use one of those to get me the lawyers information or provide it hear. Because the issues will be taken care of. Dear [redacted],I reviewed your response.  I have looked into what you allege, and also read further on the text messages between you and [redacted], as I have them all, and your [redacted] posts, which contain pictures and complements on the work done to both cars and how happy you are with the work.  I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish but what you are claiming is not accurate and contradicted by your own prior statements.  At this point, given your statement that you will be bringing this to Court, and some of you concerning texts to [redacted], we will not be responding further, and will refer any future communication from you to our lawyer.

I was very satisfied with the job Arrow did. They were very helpful in helping find a rental, and keeping me up to date on the progress of the work done. The work was done in a timely matter, and the vehicle came back spotless on the inside and out. Great job all around!

Dear [redacted], Thank you for taking the time to write to us about the concerns and frustrations which you have experienced.  I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the work which was preformed on both your 1993 [redacted] (in 2013) and salvaged 2003 [redacted] (in 2016).  I understand...

there were some complications with parts concerning the [redacted]; however, we corrected that situation.  After we released the vehicle to you, I was not made aware of any touchups or redos which you came back for.  The only time you returned for repair work, was April 2017 for a car show which you had sponsorship for. The parts for the [redacted] were supplied by you, the customer.  The bumper which you provided was cracked upon receipt which you were aware of and we repaired for you at no additional charge. There is no mention or charge for the radiator support on the original repair order.  We do not like to see our customers go away unhappy. We have always taken pride in the bodywork and paint for each vehicle.  If you had found errors in our work you could have brought them to our attention on any of your numerous visits, so that we could have addressed them. You never notified us about your issues and we were more than willing to discuss these problems with you.

I appreciate Arrow Auto Body and its staff so much! Defiantly a 5 Star Review!

Upon going into the shop I knew nothing- only that I needed a repair. They gave me a couple free quotes with zero pressured . I shopped around Fort Wayne for awhile and ended up right back where I had started. They were so friendly, they remembered who I was, they dealt with my crazy schedule, their prices were better then their competitors. [redacted] worked with me to get a part from Indy to the shop sooner then I had even asked. [redacted] was able to do my repair the same day my schedule allowed me to get to the shop. There was no run around on my end they handled everything.

All I can say is- I will undoubtedly refer friends and I will return in the future should I need any assistance.

I have had many occasions to bring my vehicles to Arrow Auto Body! Every time has been a success with courteous, efficient service and seamless repairs. [redacted] has fixed scratches, dents, a mirror and a bumper for us! And the ladies in the office have been great with communication, scheduling and very friendly, helpful & personable! My four year daughter always takes business cards with us when we leave to pass along. I would recommend the great team at Arrow Body to anyone in need of an auto body shop!

Brought our van in for some body work. [redacted] and [redacted] were great to work with! [redacted] really does great work. They keep you informed throughout the whole process, no surprises. They even got us a rental car for a great price. We got our van back looking good as new and it was washed and vacuumed! I will go back to them if I ever need any future body work.

I took my car in for body work on the hood , the paint job on the repair was flawless. it looks like it was new. then to top it off, the inside was so clean it looked like it had been detailed. It hasn't been this clean since I bought the car. I would refer a friend to them
