We have spoken with the customer directly this morning (06-09-17), he was very appreciative of the call. For all his troubles, we are sending him a *** ** *** for his issue and he was thankful for that. We also reversed the charges on his shipping charge and have
confirmed with him directly that he received his refund

Resolution:  Customer was provided a full refund of his order without having to return the order to Arrow because the company was one day later than promised.
