I purchased two leather sofas with insurance from Leather & More for xxxx and freight charges XXX on September 06, Both of these were shipped through Star deliveryI received one leather sofa in perfect condition on September 24, Delivery of the second sofa was attempted at the same time, but I had to refuse it because the stitches on the front panel had opened up and there was a new scratch on the right side of the sofaStar delivery was to return the sofa to the company for repair before attempting delivery again
At the second attempt to deliver the sofa on October 26, 2015, the front panel had been repaired but the scratch was not fixed and the front left foot was brokenAgain, I had to refuse the delivery and Star delivery returned the sofa to the company for repair
