Have ask for record of payments received by Arrow twice and told I would receive email each time None-delivered Told by Mike - Support Manager that I have credit of $but keep getting invoices for amounts dueMike is not helpful and very poor with customer service Have had billing issues with these people for years and it only gets worseCant even tell you your account balance

Arrow has recently acquired Safe Solutions who we used for pest control The transition has been very aggravating They sent us two invoices for services never performed or were previously paid Safe Solutions would always leave us a signed invoice and we never received any for dates Arrow is invoicing us for We have tried to discuss this issue with Arrow, to no avail and unfortunately, it will probably be handled by our lawyer going forward until there is a resolution

They bought up my pool service provider ShureshotI had Shureshot for ten years with no problems Arrow technicians lied about the work performed, failed to add chemicals to the point my pool tiles turned green and for several weeks did not come out They claimed they could not get into the pool although provided a keyThey switched technicians often and claimed two times the technician quit and took the customer list with them On 3/10/arrow did not show up so I called the next day I was informed they just learned that morning that the pool service was sold I then spoke to a neighbor who had used arrow but not for several months The neighbor knew of the sale through her pool technician I have thus confirmed that arrow lies to its customers This same business has branch offices in Port Charlotte, naples, Orlando, Sarasota and other Florida locations Buyer beware!!!!!

Received invoice from Arrow, a company not known to meTurns out that they have partnered - bought ? - company that was my pest control companyWhen I querried amt owing, I was told that I had a credit balanceWhen I asked why submit an invoice for payt when I have a credit balance, basically a non-answerWhen asked to email me a copy of the new venture, they did so immediatelyI'm hopeful of positive experience, but will not know for a couple of months - fingers crossed !

Their technicians know what they are doing but God forbid you need any customer service or answers. It is virtually impossible to get an answer from anyone at this company. The acquired a company that was a sub-contractor for us and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. They have very poor response times and no customer service at all.

Have had billing issues with these people for years and it only gets worse. Cant even tell you your account balance.
