Please refund the money you owe us!
Well this story started 5 years ago... unfortunately Miller before Arrow bought them was OVERCHARGING us by 3x's. OUR FAULT for not noticing sooner. Now fast forward to January 2020. We called Arrow to ask them why our bill was so high... They responded that we have been overpaying and we have a credit of 2800.

SINCE January 22nd 2020 we have contacted Arrow no less than 20 times.. we have spoken to one manager named RODNEY no less than 10 times. He has promised up and down that we will be getting our refund. When we ask when, it was at first... next week.. then two weeks because they needed approval to get the check cut. Then on Feb 6th, we got from RODNEY that it would take up to a month to get our check back... We waited.. we waited and then on Feb 28th ( by my math that would be 37 days after we first talked to them).

NOW the response from RODNEY is he misspoke... it would be 30 days from the January 6th date... I have asked some real simple questions that anyone who actually WANTS to get a valued customer of 5 years taken care of:
1- When was my refund check cut?
2- If it wasn't cut yet... when WILL it be cut?
3- Who is your supervisors name?
4- Who from corporate can I call to get help on this?

We cannot get ANY of these questions answered... the only thing they seem to do is continue to answer my phone calls and texts with.. I am asking this person who will check for you.. and then we never get a response.

FOLKS... Do you really want to deal with a company that treats is LOYAL customers like this? Not to mention our back yard is a disaster and we have clovers ALL over our front yard...

This level of incompetence is just amazing. I have begged them to help... I am not asking for ANYTHING but what I am owed.. it should not be that hard to get a major company who has already admitted in writing and in phone calls that they owe us that money.

Please feel free to contact us and I will be glad to go into more detail on the run around we are currently getting... so sad...

We are very sorry for the customer service issues and delays this customer had to deal with and have agreed to the following:

1) The customers account has been closed
2) A refund has been authorized and a check issued in the amount of $2,680 (#XXXXXX).
3) The check should arrive in 3-5 business days.

We regret the inconvenience this has cause our former customer.

I entered into contract with these people for pest control of my house in November of 2018. By February of 2019 I was calling the office in Tampa stating I need a spray they sent Danny out home was too busy trying to sell me their product that he was stealing to spray my house correctly that was like the third he had been at my residence when I first moved in my residence and November the house was empty for about a year so it has ant problems and they sent Danny out the first time he came had to come twice because of the ant problem but in my contract that says that I get service every 3 months and if I see a problem with anything it won't cost nothing extra for the guys to come back out and spray.I just brought the home so we had a lot of Ant issues so that would have been Danny third time coming. I had just had surgery when I called my health failed and I end back up in the hospital the very next day after I talk to Danny. I stayed in the hospital for two weeks. After I came home a week later I called the office back to reschedule Danny to come out I end up arguing with their customer service representative because she swore me down that Danny came to the house and sprayed and I said no I have cameras around my house he never showed up. The customer service rep told me that the GPS he has in his truck showed him at my address when I was in the hospital and I told her if he did drive passed or parked in front of my house he never sprayed we end up in a bad argument they have poor customer service Representatives that answers the phone so I ask to speak to a manager. At that point I was ready to cancel my contract. I told the manager why Danny don't do a good job spray and he talks a lot instead of spring he's a good salesman but he was selling their product under the table and their poor customer service rep on the phone the manager told me how sorry he was so he sent a Field Supervisor out to spray my home. Second time never knocked on door I called got into it with the rep. ask for the manager

Refund I was promised a refund four different times. The first one told me he was going to give me a full refund I never heard from him again. The second time they claimed they sent me a $98 check never received anything. I paid $468 I received the discount because I paid in full early it was a 12 month contract but they had a special for 13 months so it was a 13-month contract. I could see if they try to refund me half.I only received 4 sprays. I had them for 5 months total before trying to cancel . Worst company ever

Mrs. has agreed to pay for at least half of the yearly service $480.70. the amount refunding back to her will be $240.35

I wish I had read these reviews before I hired these people. They came out for the first time, I hired them to spray my palm trees, specifically my Pygmy palm and my plants for white flies. They came out sprayed, Missed my palm trees, didn't spray any of them. They only sprayed some of my plants and they over sprayed, some of them have died already and they missed half of the plants in general. When I called the salesman he was apologetic but no one offered to come out and spray my palm trees and said "oh, we don't spray palm trees" which was the main reason I brought them out here was to spray my sick palm tree. I was told by the salesman that they were treated without any problem whatsoever. BEWARE!

We treated for active white fly on the palms with a root drench and not foliage spray. sales inspector explained this to customer on day he sold this. tech went out and performed a heavy white fly treatment on shrubs and drenched palms. when trying to speak with customer to explain to her what we did and how it worked. we reached out to Ms. to explain the service and why we did not do foliage she became irate and didn't want t listen to what we said. We only ever managed one treatment as customer cancelled the day after service.

They never contacted me. All solar lights and plants, pots still covered in white. They said you could simply wipe it off...not true. Buyer beware!

We fumed the entire home for Bed Bugs we cant control if the Bed Bugs are re introduced into home once the fume is completed all bed bugs are dead the only way they can be back in home is if they are reintroduced back in the home this is why we have bed bug coverage on home we have treated the home multiple times under there coverage but we cant control if there getting the bed bugs from somewhere else and continue to bring them in to home all we can do is keep treating under there coverage for them .

THEY KEEP SPRAYING BUT IT'S NOT GETTING RID OF THEM WE ARE GETTING BIT EVERY NIGHT WITH ME BEING
DIETETIC I HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT GETTING BIT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT

Services were cancelled - Arrow billed for a quarterly invoice even though services were not rendered.
We signed up for Arrow Services for pest control in September of 2018. We added additional services for lawn care and rodent control later. By the end of May 2019 we were not satisfied with the services being performed and we left messages for cancellation in June 2019. We noticed they came and performed our lawn service at the first of June 2019, so I contacted their representative again and they stated that whoever I spoke with prior neglected to cancel our service. We were sent an email from Julie K. stating that our services were finally cancelled on 7/3/2019. However since they only invoice on a quarterly basis, the invoice of $93 for June, July and August was due. I continue to get invoices from them and they refuse to correct the amount. Arrow Services only rendered service on June 12,2019 and states that I need to pay the full invoice even though they did not perform services in July or August. I will be more than happy to pay for the services rendered, but they refuse to work with me. This is a scam and no one should have to pay money for a service not received.

Desired Outcome

I am willing to pay the $31 (of the $93 invoiced) to compensate Arrow for the one trip service rendered in that billing cycle. I will not pay the $93 in full since services were not rendered.

I spoke to Mr. *** today. We came to an agreement that satisfied Mr.. Mr. is happy with the outcome of our conversation and he said he would respond to the complaint positively. He also said he would pay the amount he offered to pay online today.

I accepted the response as I wanted to only pay for the services rendered from the beginning.

The company did an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account.
On July 16, 2019 Arrow Environmental Services withdrew money from my account unauthorized. I did not sign the portion of the contract that allowed the company to withdraw from my account. My account number for Arrow Environmental Services is ***. I paid with a check for the initial payment which was instead withdrew from my account as ACH debit. The unauthorized withdrawal was also taken as ACH debit.

Desired Outcome

I did contact the company and they agreed to refund the $85.00. I just want to figure out how they were able to withdraw the money from my account without my knowledge and want to make sure this does not happen to any other customer especially when I never authorized or gave my consent.

It is amazing, this company bought the company I was using. send a new man to the house and he did half the job of the other company. Then we got a letter that price of the job was going up, but the man never showed to do the job. I am thinking that sense we did not like the job they were doing Arrow just cut us off. Sad when you cannot depend on a company this large to do the right job.

WATCH OUT- for price changes and lots of consecutive calls from their sales reps. They will quote price and month later say you missed the special and the prices goes up.

I have been using them for 3 years they lied when I signed up. The sales guy told me what they would do and did not come close. I had service every month for 3 years. I was going to quit and the field supervisor Bobby said he would take care of my lawn if I stayed so I gave he a shot,, he did great and then he quit and went downhill from there. I went with pest control because of bobby sorry I did the did a bad job there as well. 1 tech pulled up and 1 minute and 45 seconds later he was gone, do you think he look at the lawn no sprayed and ran. they have a high turn over and my lawn is done very unhappy. I want what they killed on my lawn replaced and have the termite spot treatment done again right!!! I wish I could leave a picture.

on November 8, 2017, Sales professional Dawn D. inspected my attic and said there was either raccoon or possum feces and palm rats and that signing a contract with Arrow would eliminate the problem. The following day a technician, Adam, arrived and said he put two traps in the attic and bait traps around the house. He said he would return the next day, a Friday, to check the traps. No one showed up on Friday although we called that afternoon to check when someone would come. I checked the attic myself and saw only two rat traps, no raccoon traps. Finally Monday Adam returned. He then told my wife that Arrow was not licensed to remove raccoons or possums, a specialist was needed for that. He insisted that he could see where a large animal had gained access to the roof. He said that he sealed all entrances to the attic from the soffits. When asked why Dawn had not told us Arrow could not handle raccoons, after she said Arrow could, he said, she should have told us. In the meantime, Arrow charged $805 to my credit card.
We had *** pest control & wildlife removal the next day, who placed traps and in two days caught a raccoon and a possum. He said there was evidence of raccoon in the attic but no evidence of palm rats - only millipedes which he said untrained persons could think were rat feces. He also showed us pictures of unsealed access to the attic which he then sealed with wire.
I contacted Anthony F, manager at Arrow and requested a full refund because Dawn D. grantee to remove raccoon or possum was not accurate and the promised services not performed. I offered to pay $100 for the placement of bait traps and Adam's inspection of the eaves. This offer was refused. I now believe a full refund is in order because the problem was not resolved per contract and the charges are excessive for the labor performed.

We cancelled on October 3rd. October 2nd, our card was charged $60 for the treatments for October, which we did not have, so I asked for a refund of $60 on October 3rd. I spoke to Vickie who before I could ask how long the refund takes, she quickly hung up after saying that we will get the refund. A week and a half later, Friday, October 13th, I called and asked why we haven't received our refund yet and the first girl said she will have someone call me back with the status. April called me back and told me that we would have our refund in 72 hours. Another week later, Friday, October 20th, still no refund. I called April back and she said we should have our refund in 72 hours, again. Another week later, Friday, October 27th, still no refund. I called April back again and she assured me that she saw a screenshot of the refund being given to us and that if we didn't see it Saturday, we would definitely see it Monday. It's Monday, October 30th and still no refund.

called for termite treatment for new building as required by county.was charged 125 dollars ondebit card.rep.brian r. showed for appointment in street clothes and small passenger car.he said there was a mistake and said treatment could not be done as building had already been erected,which I had made quite clear.offered to install termite traps only for 600 dollars.I refused.the same or following day I called before my account was billed and was told they could not stop billing.account was billed on or about august 4 2017.was told on next calls that would take 3-5 weeks for refund.have waited 5 weeks and phone call today was put on hold then dropped by automated system.another company has performed termite treatment accepted by county for 125 dollars.

Arrow has provided me with substandard service. Spraying only front lawn when they were notified they sprayed lawn with a fungicide that killed grass
Hector sprayed front of lawn only for 3 months. When supervisor came out , she said I had too much water on lawn. I explained that it had been watered at 5:30 am that is why it seemed wet, since it was only 10am. Stephen was sent out to put a fungicide on it and it killed half of my lawn. I phoned Arrow and asked for a refund since I pay yearly and Anthony was going to call. But no call after one week of phone contact by me.

Desired Outcome

I pay Arrow yearly to achieve a 10% discount. Lawn teatments are 35$ per month. Since I did not recieve full services for 3 months and then had my grass destroyed and I also have a balance on my yearly payment. I want 6 months reimbursed.

Arrow bought out the pest control business which I was contracted . I decided not *** continue service with Arrow and wanted my money back ($55). This buyout occurred Jan 2017. I have made repeated calls *** this business asking when I would be refunded the money. Initially, I was told by an employee named April that the checks would be going out in the mail. It has been almost 3 months and there has been no checks. At one point, when I called, I was told *** call back in two weeks and April would have an answer as *** when the money would be refunded. I did as told and on April 17 called her. I was told by a man answering the phone that she would call me back. As of 4/19/2017, I have not received a call back.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a check in the amount of $55.00 for the unused services. And a date as *** when this can be expected. Tired of the run a round.

The owner of Arrow contacted me personally so he is aware of the complaint. He said that I would receive my check of $55 on Monday, 5/14/17. Thus far, no check. He stated that there were 160 people in my complex who were owed money and they were working on it. That is all the information I have. I would think that the company has had more than enough time *** process checks for us, as it has been since January when they took over ***, so I believe there are underlying problems. I am not happy!!
