We paid $for the first quarter with Arrow ExterminatorsThis includes the first visit a "complimentary" home inspection and all call backs if you are still experiencing pestsThey came out for the visit where they spray the homeI took off for this visit and took off again two days later for the home inspectionI waited and waited and no one showedSo I called the office and no one answeredI wasn't happy but I left it slideTwo weeks later we start seeing ants all around our downstairs area againSupposedly they sprayed for antsSo I call for a re visitIt's the after house call center and they assure me that I will have someone call me back first thing MondayI get a call on Wednesday to set up an appointment for the NEXT WEEK! Really? In the time between that appointment and my call I start seeing roaches in an upstairs bedroom (where I've never in years of living in my home seen a roach) so on the day of my revisit the guy texts me to cancel bc something came up and he can't make itI'm pretty angry with arrow at this point And my husband gets home the next day and the guy is randomly in our driveway for an appointment we didn't have..? OkSo he sprays againThen about 2-weeks after that (last week) I start seeing ants downstairs yet again! I called last weekend to ask them to come out again and get the runaround that they would be out after they checked their schedule but it would be last week for sureWell it's now been over a weekI went to crawl into bed tonight and there was a giant big IN my bedI'm seriously done with ArrowI keep calling and get the runaround from them after they have my moneyI'm calling tomorrow to speak with a manager/owner and ask for a refund and if that isn't given at least partially I will file a formal complaint on here with Revdex.comI would not recommend them to anyone

We hired Foundation Repairs & Home Improvements Inc to demolish, then replace our basement cement floor; included in the contract was the replacement of all crown molding and baseboards, along with any floor tile that they damaged
I found the work to be only average, not professional The bids are high considering the quality of work We have had to call them back numerous times to redo some of the crown - they put it in sloppily and doesn't even meet in places They only half a** do their work They spend most of their time outside smokingThey treated my house like a trash can
They also sanded and painted the stairway Again, sloppy My husband is finishing the varnishing just to get them out of the house
The contractor NEVER comes to check the work I do not recommend them, nor will we hire them again

This company completed extensive repairs to my foundationCompletely satisfied with the work performance

[redacted] is a FABULOUS inspector. Goes the extra mile for his clients. Could not ask for better
