We hired Foundation Repairs & Home Improvements Inc to demolish, then replace our basement cement floor; included in the contract was the replacement of all crown molding and baseboards, along with any floor tile that they damaged I found the work to be only average, not professional The bids are high considering the quality of work We have had to call them back numerous times to redo some of the crown - they put it in sloppily and doesn't even meet in places They only half a [redacted] do their work They spend most of their time outside smokingThey treated my house like a trash can They also sanded and painted the stairway Again, sloppy My husband is finishing the varnishing just to get them out of the house The contractor NEVER comes to check the work I do not recommend them, nor will we hire them again Pam Ingram

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This company is full of liesFirst of to go back from the last response I got we were on vacation at the timeI called back to *** several times to get them back out here*** also stated he would be the one coming out and checking on everything that was done I finally called the office and spoke to the lady in the wildlife department and got a time set up for them to come back outSecond there have been more than one rat caught in our houseI have all the paper work to prove it so they can lie all they want to about this but I have the paper work to prove itThirdly the wildlife camera was only put in the attic for one week not two weeks as they claimFourth I have the paperwork to prove that they told us about the removal of insulation in the attic and the attic being cleaned and sanitized and then fresh insulation put back in the attic at a cost of $3,which is highway robbery if you ask meSo if this company and mr *** want to keep making up lies I will be forced to take action on this matter in getting a lawyer involved and I will also be contacting the main headquarters in Atlanta and filing a complaint on the Columbus officeI would like to know ***'s thoughts on thisI look forward to a reply

Dear Ms***,
We have gone above and beyond what was outlined in the
original signed agreement for this customer.
There was never any agreement to replace the insulation in this
home. Any damage or soiling of this
insulation is not due to any negligence on our part It
is a result of the previous rodent activity that we were hired to eradicate. Our agreement was to seal the attic and crawl
space to prevent rodents from getting in and to set traps to catch any that
were inadvertently sealed inside We left traps in this home much longer than
the agreement called for at no additional cost to the customer We even put a camera in the attic for two
weeks and it showed absolutely no activity.
As of Tuesday, March 10, 2015, the camera and all remaining traps have
been removed. During the entire time we
have been checking on this home we have only caught two rats and one
mouse. One rat and the mouse were caught
under the house. Only one rat in this entire
time has been caught in the attic and that was in November.
We have more than fulfilled the terms of the agreement. While we regret the issues the homeowner has
had, we fulfilled the terms or our agreement.
We were never at any time contracted to nor did we at any time imply
that we would replace the insulation.
It is not our responsibility to incur the cost of replacing the
insulation in this home. This would be
the responsibility of the homeowner

Dear Ms***,
We agree with most of what Mr*** reported to you
however what he did not say is that he called our wildlife evaluator ***
*** and told him that he was going out of town and he did not want us to
come back out until he came back into town.
When we knew he was back Mr*** did contact him. After talking with him we then sent our
wildlife technician back out to go over the house again looking for any missed
entry points. This was completed on
January 28th. Since then we
have been going back weekly to monitor the situation. We have only caught one rodent during this
time. We now have plans to place a
camera in the attic space to further monitor for any activity
We at Arrow are committed to serving our customers in a
timely and professional manner and solving any problems when and if they
arise. We will continue to work with Mr
*** until this matter is resolved to his satisfaction

We have two types of accounts with the business. Indoor pest and Mosquitoes treatment. They have had too come out twice for mosquitoes issues. I contacted the company this morning about ongoing issues. according to the contract, re service is in the contract if issue persist if after first service does not work. After talking with a supervisor about the ongoing issue he agreed to re service a third time.About ten minutes later he calls back and wishes to cancel the contract with no reason. They used to be [redacted] extermination, and were bought out by Arrow. Business Response After speaking with the customer, we will not charge him for his last service and cancel all services as agreed. Customer is now satisfied.Consumer Response No you cancelled because y'all didn't want to re-service for mosquitoes. We paid for the service, y'all did a [redacted] job. That's why re-service was requested. Nothing further requested. Final Consumer Response
