I had a judgement/garnishment against me thru Arrow. I tried to call to speak to someone about a payoff and ended up having to call 4 different numbers that kept telling me the other companies were handling it. I almost gave up!!!! then when I finally got ahold of company they sold my garnishment to(which I was never informed of) the people on the other line were unprofessional and rude. my garnishment was for a little over $10,000, by this time I had already paid $19,000 and still owed another $5,000 because of all the other hands in the pot!!!!! I believe I was completely rob by this company!!!!
