We have recently received a mail from you regarding a complaint filed by a customer. It seems there was a misunderstanding which escalated the case to this level. We, at Arrow Global Solutions, do make every effort to serve our customers right by maintaining our reputation as a third party service...

provider. Our Service Agreement delineates our representation as a third party service provider in the service agreement e-signed by the customer. Also, it depicts the refund and cancellation policy which clearly indicates that full refund will be given to the customers if we cannot resolve the issue or charge only $79.99 for a valid reason, if they call us within 7 days. Our records and dates mentioned in customer's complaint shows that she called us past that grace period of 7 days. The customer representative did a favor and agreed to refund the partial amount. She were explained the one-time charge of $79.99 for resolving the issue and she had verbally authorized us to issue her the balance of $119.99. A check in that amount was mailed to the customer a few days ago and our bank confirmed that the check has not been deposited yet. We have a valid service agreement signed by the customer which clearly counterfeit all the allegations against us. However, to maintain business ethics and righteousness, we are willing to make an exception and provide a full refund of $199.99. A check will be mailed to the customer at the address provided under the Customer Information.
