I have text and pictures which I sent in my last response to verify she didn't water the first couple days I sent the pictures you can see for yourselfI also have saved text where she admits not wateringHer " expert landscapers " she claimed looked at her lawn would know that there is no need for straw when you slit seed a already established lawn Secondly she states because she is on a hill and her seed washed away and straw need to be applied Again her "expert landscapers" would know that her lawn wasn't cut for several weeks prior to me slit seeding and her grass was easily 8" inches longSo by adding straw to the seed wouldn't work to "hold" the grass seed in place because the straw would sit on top of the existing grass and not even come close the the seed that was slit seeded in the dirt So her " expert" landscapers are wrong, Mrs [redacted] is wrong Even if she attempts to claim her grass wasn't that long and let's say her grass was cut recently and her grass was 3-inches long the straw would still sit on top of the grass and not the seed Either way she she wrong The actual existing lawn ( grass blades ) would hold the seed in place better than the straw Her " expert " landscapers would of told her thatNot to mention grass seed takes a few weeks up to several months to fully establish based on weather temperatures, sunlight and watering So my question is how does Mrs [redacted] file a complaint prior to the seed even having the time to properly germinate? Also keep in mind per her complaint that she started denying me payment on the 4th of Maydays after lawn was slit seededI also have saved text from Mrs [redacted] from 6/admitting her lawn looks drastically fuller and nicer I told her yes, because the work I did Then her statement following was her lawn looks better because she has been watering everyday I told her watering a lawn doesn't thicken up lawns or cause them to be fullerI have all this in a textMrs [redacted] has constantly contradicted her self in all our correspondence, I have all the text to prove thisMrs [redacted] is a perfect example of abuse of Revdex.com This is pretty clear cut situation I am in the process of taking other measures to satisfy my loss

Revdex.com:
The abuse her is that Arrow refuses to accept my offer that on July 1, if I see grass he will get paid.
If you go back over all the correspondence, including texts, Arrow has continually contradicted himself about what he claims I have said or done.. First he claims I didn't water then he claims I over watered.
Once again, the day he seeded my lawn was a very cloudy, gray day.. I came home from work and even tho the day was bad, I watered the lawn, for approximately 1/2 hour. I continued to water the lawn every day after that for 3 weeks. My neighbors can verify that. Actually on that same day, I accidentally shut off the water to my house, The city had a hose hooked up to my outside faucet because they were doing water main work on my street. When I hooked up my hose to the faucet I accidentally turned the water off to my house.. My neighbor was also involved in helping me remedy that situation. So, When Arrow tells me I didn't' water on that day or the next, he is flat out wrong. I am really tired of all of his rhetoric. I also don't care what his texts say..
I know and can prove I watered every day for 3 weeks. I have witnesses.
When 2 other landscapers were looking at my lawn, seeing it is sloped, and knowing I watered, and can still tell me Arrow should have put straw down, to prevent the see from washing away, I am going to believe them over Arrow.
There was no seed.. on the ground. No one could see it.. I asked him twice to come and check the lawn which he never did.
I agree that the lawn does look better, but the work is not complete and I have already paid him 450 dollars out of a 600 fee.
He showed up on Monday 5/18 to collect 150 I left him towards the bal. That was after a text the prior day telling me there was nothing wrong with what he did.
He never did anything else to remedy this situation until he came back on 5/26 and put more seed down and covered it with straw
I am done with this issue. If he wants to take me to court then he should do so.. over 150 dollars.
He is wasting his time not mine.
Once again I told him if I see grass growing on the spots he reseeded by 7/1 I will gladly pay him the 150 dollar bal. If he is so confident he did a proper job, on the reseeding, he should have no problem waiting. As he told me in his prior text. He doesn't need the money, and it is just the principal. He claims that my grass was 8 inches tall when he put the original seed down, the lawn in fact was cut the week before per his instructions. The reseeded areas we on spots of the lawn that were totally bare, so his theory on putting seed down on existing grass is incorrect.

Inclosed are 2 pictures of mrs [redacted] lawn on the 28th. She stated I didn't drive by and take pictures. Well I did.  I did the work on the 27th of April. On May 4th in her complaint and in a text to me she said grass seed isn't growing.  1st grass seed doesn't germinate in 7...

days.  2nd how does she expect grass seed to grow if she hasn't watered.  The first 3 days are the most important to water.  I was very detailed with her about the first 3 days. Clearly in the picture it's not watered. I have 20-30 text with mrs [redacted] explaining all this to her.  In her text and in person she said I don't have the time to water and I don't want to water.   If you like I can send you all these text. I do know her neighbors have watered for her.  Actually I just put in a whole new lawn for her neighbors last week. Mrs [redacted] lawn looks drastically better then prior to me doing the work.  I am rather shocked she filed a complaint.  In my text I clearly explained numerous times that I did not install a new lawn. She didn't want to spend the money.  So I recommended thatching and over seeding will help thicken up a lawn.  Her lawn looks very good now. I also mentioned that a lawn to fully thicken takes a couple months even up to a full season.  Again I am shocked that on the 4th of May, 7 days after work was completed she expected to see results especially after in the pictures she hasn't watered. Her complaint is premature and frivolous. I have all the text to prove everything I've stated . Let me know if they are needed.

I have text and pictures which I sent in my last response to verify she didn't water the first couple days.  I sent the pictures you can see for yourself. I also have saved text where she admits not watering. Her " expert landscapers " she claimed looked at her lawn would know that there is no need for straw when you slit seed a already established lawn.   Secondly she states because she is on a hill and her seed washed away and straw need to be applied.  Again her "expert landscapers" would know that her lawn wasn't cut for several weeks prior to me slit seeding and her grass was easily 8" inches long. So by adding straw to the seed wouldn't work to "hold" the grass seed in place because the straw would sit on top of the existing grass and not even come close the the seed that was slit seeded in the dirt.  So her " expert" landscapers are wrong, Mrs [redacted] is wrong.  Even if she attempts to claim her grass wasn't that long and let's say her grass was cut recently and her grass was 3-4 inches long the straw would still sit on top of the grass and not the seed.  Either way she she wrong.  The actual existing lawn ( grass blades ) would hold the seed in place better than the straw.  Her " expert " landscapers would of told her that. Not to mention grass seed takes a few weeks up to several months to fully establish based on weather temperatures, sunlight and watering.  So my question is how does Mrs [redacted] file a complaint prior to the seed even having the time to properly germinate?  Also keep in mind per her complaint that she started denying me payment on the 4th of May. 7 days after lawn was slit seeded. I also have saved text from Mrs [redacted] from 6/1 admitting her lawn looks drastically fuller and nicer.  I told her yes, because the work I did.  Then her statement following was her lawn looks better because she has been watering everyday.   I told her watering a lawn doesn't thicken up lawns or cause them to be fuller. I have all this in a text. Mrs [redacted] has constantly contradicted her self in all our correspondence, I have all the text to prove this. Mrs [redacted] is a perfect example of abuse of Revdex.com.  This is pretty clear cut situation.  I am in the process of taking other measures to satisfy my loss.

I have reviewed his response.
He dropped seed on 4/27.. that day it was cool and cloudy and rainy.. I got home after work and started watering my lawn.. Watered every day after that until 5/19/15.
Approx the week of 5/4, I noticed that there was no seed on the ground where he had put down seed. I had 2 other landscapers check the lawn and they determined that due to my lawn being on a slope the seed had most likely washed down the slope from the watering I was told to do. They advised me that straw should have been put down to prevent this from happening. I contacted Arrow and told him the situation. On SUnday 5/16 They told me (in a text) they did their job and were done and to pay him what I owed him. I gave him 1/2 of what I owed and prepared to fix my lawn myself. Arrow never contacted me after that and never told me they would remedy the problem. Which is why I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com
On 5/20 I went on vacation.. on 5/26 my neighbor contacted me to tell me while Arrow was doing her lawn he put down new seed and STRAW on the large bare spots on my lawn.
I never heard anything from arrow directly
On 6/1/15 arrow started texting me about getting paid the remainder of his money.
To make a very long story and many texts short
I told him that now that he had reseeded and laid down the straw so seeds would not wash away, I will give it one month to start showing growth. If at that time, there is growth, I will pay him the final balance of what I owe him.
I recognize that he did thatch and aireate the lawn and did put seed down . but he did not take preventative measures to insure seed would stay in place on a sloped lawn. Out of a $600 fee I have paid him 450.. I feel that is fair until I see that the second time he seeded will take.
