Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/05/19) */
Mrs *** called from the state of Washington inquiring about a car we had advertised for sale locally here in Mna Chevrolet caprice, 'owner with only 47,actual milesshe called close to times when buying the car, we discussed
the car and I 'specifically stated it was a great running and driving vehicle that was 'not 100% rust freeI personally drove the car, and continued using it everyday for over a week after purchasing itI went and picked up my grand children for Halloween with the car with the latest granddaughter being months old baby at the time and went out of town in the car with all the kids, along with son and his wife
the car is a very nice dependable car that I was PROUD to have on our lot for sale
we have discussed the car and transaction here at Arrow motors trying to figure out what exactly *** is complaining aboutI personally looked the car over thoroughly before I bought it directly from the original ownersalmost months prior to *** agreeing to buy it from usi looked for any frame rust out, any critical rust areasI was very impressed with the car and bought it
here are pictures of the car taken a few weeks before *** agreed to buy it
the car is SAFE and a great running and driving carsold reasonably at $2,'two thousand eight hundred with an additional $going to the city of Rochester
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 15, 2015/06/04) */
Received consumer response via e-mail to Revdex.comNote: Appears Ms *** attempted earlier to send this via e-mail, but Revdex.com did not receive itRe-opening case to include consumer response at this time

Dear Mr***,
I told Mr*** that he should have been a Hollywood actor & been a "professional liar",
And I should have been a lawyer & suited the pants off of him for his lies! I want to know why
Mr*** didn't keep that "fine fantasy car" for his family? And how did the family go for a
Ride in the Chevy Caprice when the front passenger door handle is broken because it rusted to The Frame according to ***- manager of *** Collision! According to every body shop manager I
Have talked to "rust" is the worst thing that can happen to a car!!!!!! I have talked to quite a number
Of body shops & they won't want to work on a vehicle with that horrible amount of rust!!!!!
I called on 1/29/after seeing the pictures of the Chevy on the internetI asked Mr***
To go out to the Chevy Caprice & look under it & tell me if the rust was a problemMr***
Said there was no problem with rust on this carThen how come *** at *** Collision said the
Car wasn't worth fixing when I talked to him about the the vehicle in questionYou can say it's a "fine
Car" till the "cows come home" & you won't make it a "fine vehicle"It does not run great either as the
Transport driver told me when he tried to start the car, he finally got it started! That car hasn't ran but Very little in plus yearsThat car has sat outside in total neglect! The chemical powder is still on the Car & "rusty away Every day it sits in the weatherLike the Attorney General rep told me the pictures Were misleading! And they are definitely misleading!
I wouldn't put a dog in that car little lone a newborn! The internal rust in the doors have chewed up
The doors making them a "safety issue"! The doors are absolute junk! I will not drive that car any
Where in that "rusted condition"! The "fine fantasy car" has screws holding on the trim so it won't
Drop off so you can see the "rat holes" in all doors & quarter panels where neglect, chemicals &
Water have allowed the metal of the doors, frame & body to rust uncontrolled! Rust just ate thru the
Bondo Bandaids that someone who owned that car paid to put on it to hide the REAL RUSTING ISSUE!!!!
Mr*** can pay me $for the transport fee & come get the rusted MESS!
I would invite you as a Revdex.com Employee to come to my address & see the RUSTED MESS! Or you could get
Someone from a Revdex.com Seattle area to drive to my address & look at the "fine rust mess"!
Mr*** can pretend all he wants, but The TRUTH STILL STANDS! The car has been seen
By my neighbors & it is a "site for Sore eyes"! They can all see what a liar Mr*** is!
Now you have to decide who is telling the truth & who is the liar!
