*** *** called me the week of January 1st to pump his septic tank, which I did. He called again later that afternoon and indicated that the alarm was going off at the pump He also told me that he was going away that weekend and I told him that it should be ok because I just pumped the
septic tank I went to the property on Monday, January 8th and found that the pump was running with the water flowing back into the pump station The check valve blew off of the pipe and I shut the power down and hooked the pipe and check valve back up I noticed that the pump was pumping but no water was getting pumped out of the pump station We came back on Tuesday, the 9th to see if we could locate the D box and spent 3-hours trying to locate it thinking that the pipe was frozen at the D box At that time there was approximately foot of frost in the ground because of the extremely cold weather we have had over the past weeks On Wednesday, January 10th, *** *** called my office, very agitated, inquiring what the problem was My receptionist wasn't sure what the problem was and told *** *** to call me directly *** *** proceeded to threaten that his brother was a lawyer and that he didn't want to go that route I called him and explained the situation with the frozen pipe entering the D box, which is the reason the check value blew off of the pipe in the pump station I also told him the day before that was the problem, but because the ground was frozen I explained that it was too hard to dig by hand to correct the problem At that point, it seemed as though he wasn't happy with what I had to say and told him to find someone else to do the job.The only charge to *** *** is for pumping the septic tank, which was his original request

I am rejecting this response because:The response he said was not accurate. No information was relayed to me. I do not know what a D box is or have any knowledge about anything blowing. In addition the tone and words he used were completely out of hand. I have not heard some of the curses and strings of curses he was using toward me ever in my life. Calling me a *** *** *** and every other name one could imagine is unacceptable. I am not seeking any monetary retribution I just want this incident to be made available to the public, to the effect that the has acted in the fashion he did. In addition, I filed a complaint with the *** Police and this issue is now being investigated by them as he threatened me more than once during the call
