Business states that consumer has received her order and that this issue is resolved.

Arrow Moving was contacted via internet ad. I received a call late in pm the night before Thanksgiving and the rep was pushy, rude, demeaning and made inappropriate comments about my intelligence and decision making abilities and THEN He hung up on me!
During the holiday weekend he called again, and started the conversation with belittling comments again questioning my decision about my decision not to use his company. I called the corporate office on 11/25/17 and left 2 messages about his behavior. I have since blocked his calls and will continue to discourage my friends from using this company. Customer service is of the utmost priority in obtaining business and this representative does not understand this at all. As for the review rating it is ZERO!

I hired a company known to me as Arrow Moving Systems. They are out of NJ/NY (Bergen County, NJ area). I contracted with them in Sept. They arrived and picked up my shipment. I paid them $250 deposit and $1400+ at the time of pick up. I received a contract labeled paid in full. The person I spoke with initially told me my shipment would arrive on Oct. 15 in Murphy NC. Till that time, they would hold it NO CHARGE in NJ. I was specific in the fact that I DID not live in NC. They assured me my shipment would arrive 10/25. I called them on 10/25 and asked about my things. I was told they weren't sure where they were but they were "on the road". Could I please call back. I called and I was told my items were not loaded and would be loaded on Oct. 15. Delivery date was not Oct. 15 as I requested but Delivery date meant the day the items left their storage facility. I was told my things would arrive on Oct. 18. On Oct. 18 the driver called and said he'd call my husband on Sun the 19th and he'd call back and be there after 9AM. He never arrived and didn't answer the 13 texts and several phone calls from my husband. The driver told Arrow he was there and my husband wasn't - the video at the storage shows no truck that day. TOday OCt. 24, the driver called my husband telling him my items would arrive at my Storage in MUrphy NC between 4-6:30. He called my husband stating the truck broke down. Not trusting this company at all, My friend waited at the storage from 4-7 PM - no one showed from Arrow. I have called and texted and NOTHING> They have charged me a "redelivery" fee of $350. I had to pay if I wanted my things delivered today. I have paid over $2000 to these thieves. The business address they have on their paperwork lists a VT address. The phone number rings to the Jersey location. The website is Arrow Moving Systems in WI. I believe I've been robbed both of my money and my items. Please help

By far the worst moving company ever, I used them from my recent move NYC-San Jose. From my experience I think its a couple of people in an apartment trying to run a company. I can tell because when it goes to leaving a message, it goes to Cell Phone "Voice Mail Box" not a a typical corporate voicemail. the sales rep said my good would be here in 10 business days however I learned that the contract states it takes 21 business days. Fine. My goods didnt arrive til over 34 business days ! I would call the company everyday only for them to say someone from dispatch would call me back within 24-48 hours. No one ever called me back. Which made me have to call back the company, every, single day. It came to the point where I thought my goods were being rented out....

Picking up my goods. The people picking up my goods were totally unprofessional, at one point he slammed the pen on my kitchen counter? And said if I wanted good service I need to tip (this is in the middle of him getting my goods). I do tip but dont you do that at the end of service

My items finally arrived, by a different company because they didnt have movers in the area and even the movers said this company is very unprofessional.

On top of all this my lamp which cost $1,000s of dollars is broken.

I am looking into what legal action I have. Please even its a few hundred dollars more, go with a different company, its just worth the professionalism, peace of mind, and good arriving on time in one piece.

I have never been so frustrated with a business like I am with Arrow Moving Systems. I have tried for days to get in contact with a representative leaving messages on every extension for a return call. All I want to do is set up a delivery time and date of my product that has been at their warehouse for 7 days, which is only a one hour drive from my home. I ordered from Fingerhut and they sub contract out for delivery service. I will make sure to report this to them and hope they find another service to use for their deliveries.

Review: Called company multiple times throughout the day/week. Left multiple voicemails to set up a delivery time to get my order. It has been 3 weeks, no call and no delivery of my order. I work for a very large trucking company and this is completely unacceptable. Per customer website where product was purchased, this comany was supposed to contact me beginging 12/06 to schedule delivery. I have not once been contacted.Desired Settlement: Delivery of my order asap! I will never order from a company that does business with this facility ever again!

For 3 weeks they were supposed to pick up 2 recliner chairs we bought from Penny's and were highly disattisfied with. We are elderly are both handicapped. We had to buy 2 other chairs we could operate with ease, but Penny's said they would have Arrow pick them up 3 weeks ago. We KEEP calling, they KEEP promising and they never show up. We downsized to a tiny apartment and don't have the room. Tom has Parkinson's Disease, I've had 3 heart attacks and severe arthritis. We are 77 and 82 plus. We don't need this stress!! PLEASE HELP!!! This company is horrible. Whenever you try to call no-one is ever around to answer the phone. When you leave a message they take several days to call back and don't even leave a message. Their delivery drivers showed up 45 minutes after the delivery time window. I would never use them.

I would never ever recommend this company! I DO understand they are contracted out but Arrow moving systems customer services is HORRIABLE! You call and all you get is voice mail after voice mail with no returned calls. Our experience started out with us purchasing a safe and paying Arrow moving systems to move it. Like I said they are contracted out we received an e-mail the day after our purchase letting us know our order number and that we would be contacted by a customer service representative. We did receive a call the following day and set up a delivery date of Tue July 9th (had to wait until then due to the 4th of July holiday and they only deliver to our area on Tue & Thur). The company asked what the item was and where it was going in the house and how many stairs ect. Two delivery guys showed up on July 9th to deliver our safe. They stated that there was no way the two of them would be able to move it by themselves, they would need more men. REALLY??? How is that my problem that you didn't not have a big enough crew? Your company asked me the proper questions and I answered them. I had to take the day off of work only to have the item not delivered to specified area. Then one of guys called his boss to figure out what to do. They asked if they could leave it in our garage and come back at a different time with a bigger crew to get it move to the basement. They also claimed they didn't know the safe was that big. They said I should be receiving a call or I could call the office and speak with either [redacted] or [redacted]. As soon as they left I called the office and left a message for [redacted]. I never received a call back so on Thur 7/11/13 I called and left another message for [redacted]. Still no call back so on Monday 7/15/13 no answer and once again I am forced to leave a message this time I call twice and left a message for Pat and [redacted]. Because I was unable to get a hold of anyone at Arrow moving systems I called 7/15/13 the company we bought the safe from and spoke with the manager and let him know all the trouble I was having with arrow moving systems and getting a hold of someone for a service we paid for and did not receive. The manager stated he would call & e-mail and try and figure out what is going and get back to me. On 7/19/13 I spoke with the manage at the company we bought the safe from and let him know I still have not heard from Arrow moving systems. He stated he had got a hold of the arrow moving systems and they told him they would be getting in contact with me. He said he would contact them again. I received a call back from the manage at company we bought the safe from and he stated I should be receiving a call from Larry today and If I do not hear from [redacted] to please call him back and let him know. [redacted] did call me and said he is trying to get a hold of Arrow moving systems and get it worked out. On 7/22/13I called Arrow moving systems [redacted] answered I told her my problem and she said she has nothing to do with it....funny I was given your name as a contact but you can't help me. She took my number and said she will get a hold of Pat and get back to me either way. Surprising I never heard back! After not hearing back anything all day I contacted the credit card company we put our purchase on to dispute the delivery charge on our card. They told me it could take up to 40 days. GREAT!! Oh I have forgot to say that we were unable to park in our garage this whole time as the safe was in the way. This has been nothing but a Huge inconvenience and a VERY frustrating experience. On 7/24/13 Left another message for Pat at Arrow moving systems to please call me back so we can get this resolved. I did received a call from Larry on 7/24/13 stating he was very sorry and it should not have taken this long and he is still working on getting everything figured out. On 7/29/13 I once again left a message for [redacted] at Arrow moving systems. I also called and left a message for [redacted] did return my call right away again apologizing and stating he thought Arrow moving systems had called me. He was going to contact them again and see what is going on. On 7/30/13 left another message for [redacted]. I am so fed up and frustrated with the service we are receiving. We paid a lot of money to have this safe delivered and it is still sitting in my garage. Due to this we could not afford to hire another company to have someone else move it for us. Not really wanting to wait 40 days for the dispute to be resolved I contacted the company we purchased the safe from to see if there was anyway they would be able to refund us the money for the delivery charge so we could hire someone else to move it. They agreed to credit our account. Thank goodness! Once I called the credit company and saw the charge was taken off our credit card I called [redacted] to let him know that we would no longer be needing their services. He was very apologetic and said it should have never taken this long and was so very sorry that we had this experience. Unfortunately that doesn't get my safe from my garage to my basement. He said he was still going to try and get a crew out to our house to get the safe moved.

This company is a scam. We have been battling them for 6 months now to return our money. We used them for a military move and they took our money and never showed up to move our things. They are also refusing to refund our money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We were told that if we went to the military higher up to file a claim we would never see our money. They are liars and theifs. We were forced to use a 2 thousand plus to move ourselves after them stealing all the money for our move.
