Review: I contacted Arrow Moving systems to pack and ship my home from NJ to NC. Not only did they bait and switch me on pick up, they have held my furniture since 2-**. They still have my furniture. What can I do? I have emails to prove what was listed out to be picked up.

They have made 4 delivery promises. Still no delivery. I can supply emails and documents but right now, for the last few weeks I am sleeping on an air mattress in a home with no furniture. They keep promising delivery, but cannot with reasons of, after they soaked me for 4.5k more than quoted price, they would not put more than 2k on my credit card. Once I did that and gave them a check for the difference they told me they needed more information. Then they want more money to expedite my 3 week late delivery. Where and who do I contact from here?Desired Settlement: II NEED MY FURNITURE. They do not answer the my calls. Some numbers are out of survice. I get put on hold for 20 mins plus no communication to say delivers are not coming ect....ect... What are my options???
