We were contacted by Mr x threatening us with legal action if we did not return his dogs. We have no knowledge of his dogs at all. We requested photos of the dogs so that we could check to see if we had any owner relinquishment dogs who were...
given different names that could possibly have been his dogs but he has refused to provide us with any pictures. By the descriptions he gave us we have had no dogs matching that description given to us. Mr. X told us that the North Chicago Police Department said that we picked up the dogs. We contacted this police department and were told that they did not tell Mr. X this at all, that in fact he was told that a rescue in Minnesota named Arrow's Heart Animal Rescue in Zimmerman, MN may have them. We have attempted on several occasions to reassure this man that we do not have his dogs, have not ever had his dogs, and have absolutely no knowledge of his dogs and have told him that he should stop contacting us regarding this matter and that if he feels legal action is required to please file it in McLean County IL. That is the last we have heard from him prior to receiving this complaint. We have all of the emails and can share them with the Revdex.com if requested.

First, please allow me to thank the Revdex.com for their help with this matter as it is of very great concern to me.
When first speaking with the North Chicago Police Department my attorney Lance C. martin and I were told that this specific pet rescue location Arrow Pet Rescue in Normal, Illinois were given my two dogs Lovee and Reina. Both my attorney and myself have tried contacting them several times with attorney Martin even sending them a letter to the address provided to us by the North Chicago Police Department with no response.
I contacted Mr. & Mrs. Sloan several times by email providing several photographs of my dogs including a picture of my dog Lovee from a website when the Wisconsin Humane Society was looking for donors for him to have a very expensive suregery costing in excess of 5,000.00 dollars, all of which I paid to adopt Lovee, that was covered by the local media as recently as yesterday morning prior to Mr. & Ms. Sloan's response to the Revdex.com which at this time I wish to bring to their attention as Mr. & Ms. Sloan have both lied to the Revdex.com in stating photographs of my dogs were not provided to them which they were several weeks ago, but that this entire matter could have been avoided had they provided us with the information that my dogs were given to a shelter in Zimmerman, Minnesota which is the first we are hearing of this.
I do not know why Mr. & Mrs. Sloan had chosen not to provide us with this information about where my dogs are before as my complaint could have and should have been avoided. It does cause me a great deal of concern in my response to the Revdex.com about what else they may be hiding from us as they have lied to the Revdex.com about photographs of Lovee and Reina which were provided to them on several occasions well in advance of their reply concerning this matter.
Again, I would like to thank the Revdex.com very, very much as we would not have found out the location of Lovee and Reina without your help.
