Very rude & arrogant Charged $for a trip fee The person who called arrow has dementia & didn't remember calling the company Caller was in a panic because water was gushing every where Caller called & the fire department came to her rescue, turned off the supply line We are thankful for them for their quick response My opinion of Arrow plumbing, don't use them, they are all about the money & nothing else

Very rude & arrogant. Charged $100.00 for a trip fee. The person who called arrow has dementia & didn't remember calling the company. Caller was in a panic because water was gushing every where. Caller called 911 & the fire department came to her rescue, turned off the supply line. We are thankful for them for their quick response . My opinion of Arrow plumbing, don't use them, they are all about the money & nothing else.
