On July 16, I called Arrow Plumbing to get an estimate for getting a toilet replaced in my homeThe dispatcher who I spoke with said they couldn't give me an estimate over the phone, which was highly unusual, and that a technician would have to come to my home for a $fee to give me an estimateThe technician came and tried to charge me $for replacing my toilet which was was extremely high given the fact that I was providing the toilet to be installedAfter speaking with my wife, I decided not to go through with that company and told them I would be in touchThey charged me $for some "Dispatch fee" although there was no work performedThis is a big ripoff as the dispatcher cod have very easily given me an estimate over the phone without even having to send a technician outAll Arrow Plumbing is doing is cheating people out of their hard earned money instead of gi
I called Arrow Plumbing about a leak underneath my kitchen sink. It was on a Sunday. They charged me 125 just to come out. Andy told me to fix it would cost 539 and that the 125 would be taken off if they fixed it. He also recommended a place that could do it cheaper. I said okay, I will call them. I decided to go ahead and use Arrow since I had used them before. I called the operator to schedule and I told her that Andy said the 125 would be taken off and she said yes we can do that. When they sent someone else out , the first thing he said was they would not take off the 125 and denied that they told me that. Andy lied and said he did not tell me that and even the operator lied and said she did not tell me that. DO NOT USE THEM !!!
