We have three four story Condo buildings 55 yrs and over. One of them developed a stopped up main sewer line. Sewer backed up to one of the 2nd story Condos and was filling up the main shower pan. After contacting Arow Plumbing, they were on site within two hours and started analyzing the situation. The solution was to run a drain auger down the shower drain; it took about 45 feet to clear out the blockage. After the auger was removed, they tested the shower drain, the two sinks and the toilet and everything was draining and flushing as it should. They were very careful when bringing in and removing the equipment and laid mats down as to not get any flooring dirty.
