Arrow Pool Service delivered and installed damaged pool cover and demanded upfront full payment before problem would be resolved by manufacturerI suggested staged payment program and they refused itThey took me to the local court and now trying to collect full amount without fixing the problemThey refused to resolve this problem and using blackmail tactics to collect money without fixing the problem

The [redacted]'s had asked to come out to check their pool and open it.  When we informed them that is should be emptied and cleaned they said they wanted to wait until the spring of 2015.  They asked us to clean their cover and make sure the pool was winterized.  We cleaned their cover...

and checked to see if the pool was winterized.  The pool was winterized and our crew though they had wanted it to be winterized so they went ahead and winterized the pool.  Since it was a misunderstanding we have removed the additional charge and let the customer know.

Review: Arrow Pools arrived at our address on 7/24/14 without scheduled appointment. After discussion with techinicians, who were speaking with a manager over the phone, we agreed that the pool company would perform the service of cleaning our pool cover and checking our equipment at the cost of $104. After technicians were finished a check was given in the amount of $104. We received a phone call from Arrow Pools service representative by the name of Coleen who informed us that "our men were out there for 3 hours" and "there is a balance due of $249." I informed her there was never any discussion of anything more than the cleaning of the cover and checking of the equipment, but the manager chose not to eliminate the balance. I did attempt to call on 7/31/14 and spoke with another manager who also wound not agree to eliminating the balance. I believe Arrow is attempting to charge us for services that were not agreed upon, and I am unsure if they were even performed. There was not an itemized bill given on the date of service and Arrow appears to be charging us unethicallyDesired Settlement: We would like Arrow Pool to eliminate the $249 balance due on our account
