The worst customer service. The Agent from this company was grossly incompetent and had no knowledge of California Tenants rights. My wife and I felt very worried and stressed out because of this incompetent realtor. We attempted to contact the owner and received no apology or response. The Agent was pushy and rude and showed no respect. I have never seen a company that was so unprofessional and uncaring.
