I purchased a product from this company over months ago for $and never received it however I my credit card was charged for itI have tried for months to contact this company over phone (always goes to voicemail,) email, and facebook message numerous times (10-times) and have been completely ignoredThis company needs to be shut down and refund supplied to me

Ordered product online (dog medication) after two weeks and it still hadn't shipped I tried emailing and leaving VMs on their phonenow it's been over a month with no contactNo product, no refund, no answersLooked on the Revdex.com website and the business no longer existsBut they took my money and won't refund itThey should close their website and not have products up for sale if their business no longer exsists

I ordered Freckled Paws' Hot Spot on November 30thI received no confirmation of any type that they'd even received my orderI do have a PayPal email that proves that I paid for this itemSince then, I've contacted the company twice via phone and via email with no response to date - no acknowledgement that they've even received my order inquiry requestsI checked Revdex.com after I ordered, which shows that the company is out of business - maybe that's the reason for the non response? I really hate to submit this complaint but I don't know what else to do, since the company has been completely nonresponsive

This contractor installed wallpaper and the job was outstanding in every aspect. They were skilled, considerate, pleasant and respectful of my furnishings. I would highly recommend them.
