However the aligation was braught up to us and the former employee swore that this was true and did not want to work on the site anymore. As a company we have no desire to slander anyone, our goal has always been to take care of any customer we do work for. Customer beckoned employee to join in sexual intercourse with her boyfriend, relations and communication became strained when employee refused the offer. conditions are unreasonable to work, we must uphold our company standards in accordance with Washington state law and finish out our contract in a reasonable manor. After many attempts to satisfy this customer nothing was ever good enough. It is our belief that the embarrassment of being rejected and exposure for her poor judgment made it difficult to please her any further. It is unfortunate that this customer feels she was treated un fairly...on the contrary her shower and kitchen remodel  was completed and is beautiful. Pictures will testify to this fact. We as a company feel offended by the false representation proposed by this customer. We have rarely failed in pleasing our customer for we are a small company and pride ourselves on our customer service and ultimately their approval.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do not appreciate false accusations against me.  I have never made any sexual advances to their workers.  I have always presented myself in a professional manner.  I am a licensed healthcare provider and used this contractor who was highly recommended to me.  This project was started in April of 2016 and did not finished as promised the end of May but in October of 2016.  The work that was performed is in poor quality and the ceiling is still damaged and the tiles have been chipped with the grout not finished and I paid them over 10,000.  I feel my personal character has been smeared and I will be seeking legal counsel for slander and a legal suit.Sincerely,[redacted]
