Completely fed up with this companyI am on the phone with them once a month in regards to issues on fulfilling their end of the contractI have had tenants complain multiple times that trash isn't getting picked up, their trash is thrown all over the street by the garbage company, etcAs someone paying $a month for services, I expect them to fulfill their end of the bargain

Arrow Sanitary has engaged in an escalating campaign to harrass me and our family.
They suspended service without notice and began dunning me afterward for something like $40.
After agreeing to restart service they took all our containers.
One of their workers angrily spilled trash all over the street twice.
The shame is that we are bound to them by city contract. They (Arrow) do not care about any inconvenience they inflict.
Completely fed up with this company. I am on the phone with them once a month in regards to issues on fulfilling their end of the contract. Review: WE LEASED A PORTABLE TOILET FROM COMPANY. IT WAS DELIVERED WITH A BROKEN DOOR. WE HAVE BEEN LIED TO ON AT LEAST TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS ABOUT THEIR COMING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. UNIT IS AT A PICNIC AREA WITH NO RESIDENCE, AND IT HAS CAUSED BOTH MY SISTER AND I CONSIDERABLE TIME WAITING FOR THEM ON THE DAYS THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD BE OUT.Desired Settlement: WE NO LONGER WILL DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY; THEY NEED TO COME PICK UP THEIR UNIT.
