Review: Arrow Seamless Gutters came to my home to clean my gutters on 5/7/2015. They charged me $350 for gutter cleaning and repairs. The first time it rained after they cleaned my gutters the rear right gutter started overflowing. There was no chance for the gutters to be clogged, it rained within a week of them cleaning the gutters. They told me numerous times they would come and correct the issue but never show up when scheduled. They have failed to perform the job they paid for and have failed to correct their mistake. The water is overflowing and causing damage to my back door, which is not rusting on the inside do to the "waterfall" of water splashing on the threshold and creeping under the dor.Desired Settlement: I do not want to deal with this company anymore. I am seeking a full refund so I can call another company to correctly clean the gutters. I also need to sand and repair my back door and trim. The damage far exceeds the amount I paid them to make the repair.
