Mike is a great guy who knows his business well

Arrow pumped out my tank recently and installed a casing and cover. Two weeks later, the company that handles my water filtration and well was unable to find a replacement for my cracked well cover. I called Mike at Arrow on a Wednesday. He stopped by on Friday, took measurements and returned later that afternoon with a cover, which he then installed, at a very reasonable rate. It was late in the afternoon but he knew we were expecting elderly people the following day who would have to step down onto the old well cover to get into the house. A rush job at a reasonable rate! Mike is a great guy who knows his business well.

PrePaid at my choice (Trusted Company) to have a septic drain cover put on. Company never showed up despite calls and letters to resolve.On 11/6/2013, I hired Arrow Septic and Drain Service, Towsend MA to pump my 1500 Gallon Tank. I have used Arrow in the past multiple times, and have been very happy with them. As usual, the operator of the truck (I think the owners husband) was very informative, nice, and a pleasure to deal with. I asked him if he had any advice on what we could do so I dont have to dig up my tank every time.He quickly said that for $150, he could install a riser, and green high density plastic cover that I could drive over for 150$.I asked when he could do this, and he said the same week or the week after at the latest.Since I was already paying 300$ for the pumping, and the fact that I have used them before---I trusted that he would follow up, and I pre-paid him for the cover to make it easier. (Big mistake)After Multiple Phone calls with voicemails left(unreturned), two certified letters, and one time my wife called with her cell phone (Which they answered, and PROMISED it would be done), my yard remains dug up and frozen solid with no cover. I was very reasonable with these people, and said that I understand when things happen---but just refund my money if you are unable or do not want to do the job.Desired SettlementJust want my 150$ back since no work was performed.
