The car was towed out of a parking garage on April 13th, at approximately 11:pm for being illegally parked on private property. The car was released to the
owner on April 14th, 2016. When the owner picked up her vehicle, nothing was stated about any damage done to her vehicle. She then notified us on approximately April 28th or 29th, which is over weeks later that there was damage. On May 4th, the owner of Arrow Tow went to look at her car at her place of business with the owner of Bodyworks Unlimited Incof Kansas City, MO. The owner of Arrow Tow and Bodyworks took pictures and concluded that the damage was caused by a collision not by the authorized removal of said vehicle from private property for being illegally parked. The owner of the vehicle has not provided us with any reputable information that would support her claim that the damage to her vehicle could be caused by our driver during the removal of vehicle. The pictures the owner of Arrow Tow and Bodyworks took at the time of examination support that the damage was caused by a collision with something. The damage to her bumper and underneath her vehicle support that it was caused by running over or into something, not from pulling it backwards by a tow truck
