If you read the customer statement the first line explains everything but I will make it clearer if possible. The customer says "I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY - [redacted] and paid a fee of $137.00" - NOT ARROW TOWING. I can't refund a payment I did not take or had no part of. The Process is I contract with [redacted] took the money, called [redacted] they called me to tow them. I stared the service and was called and canceled by the customer and did not tow the vehicle. The customer did not call [redacted] and cancel the service they paid for. The customer called me the next day and began without asking anything a rant about destroying my business and how bad of a person I was. Would someone please read their statement I am not [redacted] and I took no payment.
