I just started out on my own after years being a company driver and went to Arrow Truck Sales Tampa to purchase my future livelihood but Arrow left me feeling like I made a huge mistake because the truck they sold me was a lemon..I’ve been an owner operator now for a little over a year and ive spent over $15,on repairs that the warranty they sold me never covers and I reached out to the salesman that sold me the truck to try and help me with my problem weather it be getting me into another truck or helping me out with my repairs and got no replies..so buyers beware of buying a truck from Arrow truck sales because they don’t care about you and don’t stand behind there sales once you leave the lot

They do not stand behind their productsI had to put the truck I bought in the shop directly after buying it from them and they do not wanna take care of it or make it rightOnce they get their money and you sign your paperwork it is no longer their problem

I purchased a vehicle from Arrow Truck Sales out of Cincinnati, OH back on August 27,and I have not driven the truck one day due to the lies of the service manager and service staffI was given a "service to be completed" form by my salesman and was told to log any problems that I found after test driving the truckI found multiple issues with the truck and I was told that the items on the list would be fixed upon my returnI live in West Bloomfield Michigan, about miles away

I bought a truck from them about a month ago and it has been in the shop every week for the past month for something bad clutch no heat etc etc has been towed twice in the past two weeks for break downs emailed them no response from them they don’t stand behind what they sell will never do or recommend doing business with them again

Poor Customer Service & poor quality of Trucks we purchased Volvo at the Stockton location and truck broke down days after our purchasedWe bought the truck in sept and with in the last and half month it broke down more than times we spent more than $7k on repair and these is the worst experience we ever had we’ve been in trucking for yrs and have multiple trucks and we never seen this type of issues beforeThe sales person told us warranty should cover it but none of it was paid by warrantyWe’re very disappointed with the entire experienceWe’re lied the truck was inspected and servicedThey rushed us to sign the contract so we can get stuck with itIt’s sad to learn there are no more honest and good people in this world anymoreWe’re a growing company but we will never trust to do business with Arrow Sales

On Friday Sept I picked up a truck I bought at Arrow truck sales in Kansas city, MoAfter many issues the week before, I finally got the truck and as I was heading home in Phoenix Az, and after driving it for and HOUR AND A HALF, truck broke down in Emporia KsAs of today Monday Sept 10th I i still stock in a hotel, at my expenses and the truck in the Kenworth shop until who knows whenI've been trying to talk to the manager at Arrow with no luckThis is so frustrating, they supposed to sell quality, inspected trucksAll I want to do its take this truck back to tjth and get my $down payment plus $that I just put in Diesel, plus I had to fly times from Phoenix to kansas City because another mistake on their part, and im currently on my third night at a hotel.And on top of all that and worst part is that I'm loosing money because I am not working

I have purchased three trucks from Arrow the first was a runner The last two have been money pits The Second a KW Twas purchased two years ago and in the last two years I don't think has run more than two consecutive months without being fixedI have spent close to $14,on this truck in two years The biggest problem is the Volvo day cab I just bought Drove it miles down the road and it popped a bunch of codes bad wire harness ($750) fixed that drove it for a week and a half blew a radiator hose fixed blew another replaced it then found out a seal inside the water pump was wrong sizeThen the starter went out and now another part is leaking coolant This truck was brought in off trade or something not even looked at I imagine and put back out for sale One truck with problems shame on you two truck shame on me I guessI have put over $2,into the truck in the first few months of operation and it hasn't even made that much This should be a crime to be able
