In regards to Revdex.com Case #*** with *** vs Arrowfoot Productions
We (***) of Arrowfoot Productions have evidence that we completed editing video projects for *** and
that*** has released the finished work to his clients without paying us for the work renderedWe also hold the evidence of the original session files from the video editing software, which demonstrates that the editing was done by Arrowfoot Productions, not ***Even though both parties have access to the raw video footage and final video renders, examples of evidence from Arrowfoot would be: our editing software would demonstrate all the specific video (and audio) fades, video dissolves, specific color grading, motion ramp up or slow motion to specific clipsalso, the full versions of any specifically licensed music we hold (that we also did not get paid for)*** would not be able to produce these unedited music files (without the crossfades or fadesetc..) as *** contracted Arrowfoot to find all the music for the final video editsArrowfoot also has further evidence of the overlaid graphics with specific fonts & motion which is specific within Arrowfoot's video editing software
For the projects that were unfinished, *** hired Arrowfoot to work on those files and then abruptly requested that we did not complete these projectsArrowfoot did not initiate this work and we expect to be compensated, as clearly defined in Canadian and US law for work performed*** in-house policy about when to pay and when not to pay are immaterialThe invoice reflects partial charges for the projects that were not fully completed
There is additional evidence that *** has a history of not paying contractors and not delivering projects to clients that they were paid for
We have zero intention of bending to this and will pursue all avenues to collect what is lawfully ours
