To say I was impressed would be a total and complete understatementI have been looking for a good AC Company for a long time to come and service my units regularlyI just purchased a new home and knew the units hadn’t been serviced in a while and knew they would need some extra TLC, but didn’t want to be overcharged for not knowing enough about my air units
I searched google, yelp, multiple other platforms, and friends references to find a highly rated companyI decided to go with Arrowhead Aire after having seen their great reviews on many social platformsThey scheduled me immediately for something that would work great with my funky work scheduleThey were scheduled to come between 9am-11amThe technician *** (***) called me before my appointment to let me know they were on their way and exactly what time they would be thereI am sometimes overly cautious of the service workers that come into my home because of past experiences with other companiesAs soon as I met *** and his assistant *** in person I was immediately put at easeThey made professionalism their top priority! They were clean cut, used clean language, and were completely polite and considerate in the way they went about their businessThey went and inspected my units (This was no inspection…they tested everything on the unit to make sure my units were in the best possible performing shape.) I never once felt pressured by them trying to sell me something! They had me up and running at a super affordable cost and I could not be happier with the service I received*** and Alee are genuinely honest good family people that you just enjoy being aroundI will definitely be a lifetime customer and referring them every chance I get

Bryan is the most honest business owner I have met in a long timeHe is professional, courteous, experienced and an expert in his fieldHe has serviced my air conditioner for years and has saved me thousands of dollarsSo far my heat pump is performing well but when the time comes for replacement I will definitely call Arrowhead Aire

Want to make you aware of a business that goes above the ordinary to give excellent customer service, Arrowhead Aire After a energy audit was informed that there was a clogged condensation line on my A/CCalled this supplier as they installed this unit, and explained what I neededThey scheduled an appointment and showed up as promised, completed the necessary repairs (installed a new condensation drain) , and did all this at no chargeWas very satisfied with my dealings with this vendor

We had our A/C go out and of course during the hottest part of the day. We were recommended Arrowhead Aire and we got in contact with Bryan who we described our problem to and came to the conclusion our compressor was bad, which I was expecting since the last company who came out and replaced it didn't do that good of a job and had some noise coming from the unit prior to the breakdown. Anyway, he came to my house after hours to take a look at it and try and get it going since we had a 4 week old baby and 2 year old in the house he rushed right over. After a couple hours of working on it he confirmed what I already expected. I went to stay the night at my mother in law's house since it was too late to get the parts I needed and he said he would get back to me in the morning and that he may be able to warranty the compressor through the manufacturer. He called me first thing and said that he had been on the phone for a while and was able to get the compressor warrantied out. I was so relieved. I did have to pay for freon and labor which I again was expecting. He explained the job and the cost and told me he would get started right after he picked up the parts. Once he started he ran into a few more hiccups with our unit needing a few extra parts and took care of us. He worked outside for almost 8 hours and didn't leave until it was going. He told me I'm not leaving until it's done and you and your family have a/c. He also went into the attic and sealed some air leaks I had with the air ducts. I am so thankful for people like him who go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us as customers, but even more as people. That is a quality that is long gone in the A/C business. I can't thank him enough for the work he did. I highly recommend Bryan and Arrowhead Aire!!!

Early August, Bryan (tech) was here on a Sunday evening to fix my broken A/C. Once it was apparent that 13 years was all it had, he reserved a hotel room for me and my dogs (close to my house) and said he could have a new unit in by Tuesday afternoon.

Shortly after noon on Tuesday, the A/C was on and blowing wonderfully cool air. Bryan came back a week later to hook up the gas and test the heater; it was very considerate of him.

He is a pleasure to work with, he cares about his customers and does things right. He doesn't leave until everything is the way he thinks it should be. He does not fix things that don't need fixing.

Bryan is honest and his charges are always reasonable (unlike some other A/C companies I have dealt with).

I have referred him to my friends and they have all been very pleased. I would recommend him to anyone who needs A/C or heater work done. He is awesome!!!
