Horrible clinicI was inpatient for days (all my insurance would cover)Talked to the doctor because I was getting charged $a day out of pocket and asked to leave on my third day, and he OKed itThen the next day he said I needed to stay, wasn't showing any signs of me needing to be there still, his own words were, I'll get more out of the IOP program, than I would staying another dayOn top of all this, it's like no one knows what's going on thereThis was my first inpatient experience and it was horribleI just recently finished the IOP program because I figured I'd benefit from it plus, I started my suboxone program hereI was told to attend my suboxone maintaince group this past monday (6/2015) and when I called the receptionist she told me there was a pm groupAt 5:45, mins before the actual group was ending, I received a phone call saying I missues groupThe lady they had answering the phone didn't know anythingI missed group and going without my script
A loved was taken to Arrowhead late last week.Despite him suffering from severe depression, being alcohol dependant and very drunk when arriving, and being very suicidal, he was released after 4 days with no real treatment. His medicine dosage was increased, and that was it.
This was his 4th trip to Arrowhead, everytime the experience has been identical. They say the definition of crazy os to do the same thing over and over while expecting different results.
He needs lengthy, extensive inpatient therapy and is willing to do so, yet they kick him out again. They recognize that he is a danger to himself and/or others, yet they kick him out.
Although they call themselves a mental health facility, they deal very little with mental health issues. I have seen 1 positive review of this facility after reading dozens of negative reviews. Something needs to be done, this place is ruining peoples lives and it has to be stopped.
If you have a loved one who has mental/addiction issues....please take them anywhere else if you truly care!!!
