In response to ID# ***, I contacted *** the evening of 2-11-15, per our conversation, the bill was deleted and retracted from the collection agencyBasically there was an misunderstanding; even though our tech was out there and serviced her property, it was not a complete service, therefore

Review: The service they are charging me for did not occur. The spray man was late and I had to leave for work. I did not sign the spray sheet but Arrowhead billed me for a full service. I have tried to contact them several times. The billing person took my complaint and said she would speak to the owner and they never called back. Arrowhead had turned this over to a collection agency. I called Arrowhead again on this but they will not return my calls. They service in question is from 6/17/14. They provided service to my several times after this date and were paid for those services. They have sprayed my house for 10 years and I have never not paid for service in those 10 years.Desired Settlement: I offered to pay 1/2 the bill because Arrowhead is stating that the front of the house was sprayed.
