[redacted]'s office began by giving me appointment dates and times that were never correct. I continually showed up for appointments that were not scheduled. Once I was given correct info, I then was made to wait where the front desk forgot to call my name multiple times. Once I met with the [redacted] had blood work done, the nurse practicioner called and gave me incorrect diagnosis. after asking 3 times for the actual dr to call me, they refused and could not answer any of my questions. Finally [redacted] called me, told me the actual diagnosis and how to move forward. (this info completely opposite from what I was originally told). Some more tests were ordered but no info on how to maintain was given. I called to place a complaint with a manager, got a voicemail then no call back, I have since been to a new dr who has diagnosed me properly.
