I am very disgusted with the employees and manager staff of this property. There have been a number of discrepancies within the lease and policies of the complex. The grounds are not being maintained to the best of their ability. Lamp posts have been knocked down for months, and after being uprighted months later, it is still not in working order. Water was shut off for an entire area of the complex, and after given notice that the water would be turned back on at 4:00 PM, it wasn't turned back on until after midnight that day. Discrimination against veterans and their disabilities and requirements for comfortable living is apparent. Proper notice of lease ending, and being renewed without advisement, while legally binding isn't morally correct. Paying for a gated community while the gates have only been operational for a month out of the year long lease. Pest control is inadequate. It is clear that the management and employees of the complex do not care for their tenants, and are only working here for a paycheck. When complaints are issued, management does nothing about it. When asked to speak to a manager, the request goes unanswered. Overall, these apartments may look nice on the outside, but I wo9uld strongly advise anyone against living here. I have never had such a negative experience living in a community, nor have I ever gone out of my way to complain about a place of living.
