(December 22"d by MrJensen and December 31st by both)Mrs*** said she would dispute the credit card charge if I didn't give them the refund, which she did and it was deniedShe also made anonymous complaints on smoking which were also unfounded by the Health Department.Second, I never said I would have the packages picked up or to set them outsideI told him FedEx was only delivering and not accepting pick up orders until December 27th and Iwould email them on the 281On December he again called me and wanted to know when the packages were going to be picked up and shipped to the other addresses I ask him if he read my email and he said he had I then told him that I had shipped them as he indicated and was not liable for his mistake Shortly after that his wife called andwas very irate that Iwould not correct the shipping I ask if she had read the email and she said she had and that it was BSMrsJensen continued yelling and repeated things she said her husband had told her I said (again that were completely false) and when the ranting turned to personal insults and threats, I ended the conversationam including a copy of the email I had sent them on explaining the findings oftheir shipments Please let me know if you need any other information you needBest Regards
