We have reviewed the complaint and do acknowledge it appears there was a typing error made during data entry, however there were notices that were mailed to the address on file, which none were returned by the post office as not deliverable.In addition an EOB from the patients
insurance would have been mailed to the consumer detailing the any payment made by the insurance and the patients responsibility, months had past from the time the insurance made payment and notified consumer of their responsibility to the time the account was referred to a collection agency. We have been in contact with the collection agency and have been assured the claim has not been reported to the consumers credit.We acknowledge that a mistake was made on Arrowhead Billings end, but the patient bares some responsibility in the account being sent to collection

I am rejecting this response because: Please provide me with a written letter that states the account is paid in full and that there will be no repurcussions on my credit reportAs this is showing on my end that it has hit my credit report, I'd like a statement from the billing company that this has been taken care of and there was an error on their part that led to the account being sent to collectionsShould this letter be received in appropriate timeframe, I will cease contact with the billing service and have a letter on file to dispute any possible changes to my credit score.

We would be happy to supply a letter verify that this has been resolved and nothing has been reported to the credit bureaus.  Since consumer is claiming this has been reported on his credit,  we request that a copy of the report showing it has been reported be submitted to Arrowhead Medical. In addition we would request any negative reviews made be retracted or updated
