We have addressed this issue several times and have had pest control enter apartment to spray for roaches. I will attach invoices so that you are aware of all the times they entered her apartment. She has not came into office at all ever since treatments were done to complain about
roaches still there. I again sent pest control to unit on Wednesday 04/06/and her boyfriend said they had no issues with bugs or roaches and did not let pest control in. I am letting them out of their lease due to their unhappiness with the apartment. I required a day notice from them, they will be vacating on 04/30/2016.
