Arrowhead Roofing and Remodeling

Review: On 7/16/12, we contracted with this business to provide two roofing services - repair/replace 2-3 slates and install a new heat cable. The signed proposal was returned, along with a deposit check in the amount of $250.00. Per the proposal, this included $100.00 toward the slate work and $150.00 toward the heat cable work. Although the slate work was completed, the heat cable work was never completed, despite numerous phone calls to the business. At this juncture, we no longer wish to have Arrowhead complete the remaining work and simply want to have the remaining $150.00 deposit refunded. A letter was sent, making that request, on 6/18/2013. It included copies of the proposal and the cancelled deposit check, and our mailing address. Follow-up phone messages were then left on 8/30/13, 9/11/13 and 9/23/13. The money has not been refunded and we have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement.Desired Settlement: We wish to have our $150.00 deposit refunded promptly.
