After doing much research regarding pricing & equipment, I selected Arrowhead Security in April to install a residential alarm system My installer Clarence was very professional & went above & beyond to install my units exactly where we wanted them even though it was beyond the "standard" install and required him to wall fish the wires, no extra charge He went over everything & set up our mobile apps as well This was some high tech stuff, alarm, lights, glass breakage, fire, etc Since I had never had an alarm system before, questions did arise When I called the office, instead of fielding my questions by phone I was told that a rep would stop by that was in the area to address them Much to my surprise, it was the owner that came by He showed us several things the system did & patiently answered all our questionsNot only did he makes recommendations but he called the monitoring company & changed the way they responded when and if the alarm went off I mean who does that these days? Talk about personal service, this company really cares about their customers and their safety I have already recommended them to several people and would highly recommend them to you as well

Great to work with! There customer service was amazing I requested two remote controllers and they delivered them in person after work hours They treated me like we were family I highly recommend them
