I hardly ever whine about something but I just want to let my friends of the north shore and all of Oahu know about my experience with this guy Timothy form, Arrowhead sprinklers, he ,came and worked at my house yesterday and showed up at am, left at 11am, then came back at 1:30pm and finished at 4:00pm, he change out two controllers and put a new timer on and changed out maybe sprinkler heads, at the end he wanted $1,250.00, I asked him how much the parts where and he lied to my face and told me the timers was $and the controllers where $a piece installed, I went up stairs and got on line and the looked at the prices for timer and it was $at lower and the controllers where $a piece, the sprinkler heads where $a piece the cost of the Material where not more then $100, he wanted $1,that almost $an hour, now I appreciate some one expertise and am willing to pay for the time and the knowledge, but his guy lied to my face and ripped me offI ended up paying him $cash and that was still $above what the cost of the job was worth, I would not use this company and this guyAt the end I know that it is my fault for not getting a cost up front, but when some is willing to lie to your face to take advantage of you then he is not a honest person and other people need to know about it so they do not get taking advantage of

Arrowhead Sprinklers Hawaii sent Timothy B[redacted] to my house to check our sprinkler system since it is not working with the estimation of $65 just to look at our sprinkler system. Tim came and met with my husband and he was checking the sprinkler system when my husband was watching T,V. at home. Then he gave us a bill for $455.25 for the work and he wanted to be paid in cash or check. We are not happy with the way the work was done without even letting us know ahead of time that the cost is $455.25. The bill indicated that it is for trouble shoot and install new 6 station sprinkler timer with six months warranty only on parts. Since he has already finished the job without letting us to know the cost ahead of time, we just have to write him the check. But we are not happy with the way we were treated as customer. I hope nothing is wrong in the next six months. I am pretty sure that he will charge us again if we call him to come for any trouble shooting since it indicated on the bill that only parts are covered. He may charge us the labor which we don't even know how much it will cost before the job is done. I do not think it is fair to the customers.
