for Holidays (Attached Copies) He never called at any timeCancelled the reservation thorugh Expedia on Monday June 26th at (Attached copy)When received the cancellation notice and called Mr*** left a message on his phone, he never called backRoom 14, the Anniversary Suite, the room he took is regularly $+ 7% bed tax on Holidays, $on the weekends and $on weekdaysThe price he paid was weekday price, there was a glitch in our online serviceI let it go didn't call him for the mistakeThe room wasn't taken for the Holiday it was too late to reebook.Thank you for letting me explain Owner
