Customer brought her truck in with a whole list of things she wanted checkedAttached, please find a copy of her original list and our invoicesAs you can see from her list, she said "the
A/C motor kicks off and on constantly", which means the A/C was low on freonWe installed an A/C service valve that was leaking and recharged her A/C with freonWhen the truck left here the A/C compressor was staying on and not kicking off and on constantlyAs you can see from her list, there was no mention of the brake pedal going to the floorWhen we test drove the truck, the brakes worked fine, with no vacuum leaksShe had mentioned a vacuum leak that caused the engine to surge and idle roughHowever, she said it did not leak all the time, only every so oftenWhen she brought the truck back, the brake booster did have a vacuum leak, she told us to go ahead and replace the brake booster and master cylinder that were badShe had previously had the brakes bled when she had new front brake hoses put on at another repair shopSo it was not a matter of just bleeding the brakes, because she had already had that doneThe brakes were working fine and with no vacuum leaks when she picked up the truck after the booster and master cylinder were replacedAll the repairs were authorized and the freon was needed
