Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They lied in tgheir response to you I HAD ALWAYS CONSIDEREDthe arrival date a very important aspect of the order, since it was being used as a gift and I made that very clear to them when we spoke after theycalled me upon placing the order they tried to pacify me with offers of free shipping and such, and then when they had promised a specific deliverydate which was within the time contrraints I had needed, I agreed, with the free shipping THEN, AFTER AGREEING ON THIS DATE, THEY STILLDID NOT SHIP THE ORDER WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND UPON MY MANY CALLS TO THEM, I WAS ALWAYS GIVEN CONFLICTING EXCUSESAND REASON AFTER REASON AS TO WHY THEY DID NOT GET THE ORDER TO ME THAT IS THE REASON WHY I CHARGTEDE BACK THE ORDER,NOT DUE TO A WHIM, BUT DUE TO THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM AND THEIR DECEITFUL SALLES TACTICS THEY LIED, PURE AND SIMPLE Sincerely, [redacted]
Customer placed an order on October 7th, at 3:pm with a day select service per his order, we immediately called the customer that it could not be delivered as requested, customer agreed he does not care when he receives it as long as he gets a 25% discount and refund for his shipping charges he will be fine with it, and we agreed to issue him the discount and a full refund on his shipping charges upon the receipt of his orderCustomer received the product on 10/19/via expedited delivery.Customer called on 10/20/that the shoe was too big & requesting for a prepaid ups call tag which we sent via emailedCustomer decided to charge back the entire amount of the sale without any cause on 10/20/2015The merchandise was returned to us at a later date
