Review: We have never received a bill, but have been taken to collections 2x for the same emergency room visit. The 2 bills were never delivered to us, even though they had the correct address on file. We are now being charged interest on this, and it is being reported to our credit unfairly. When the first item went to collections, we paid it right away. We also verified that they had the correct address on file. For this to happen again is absolutely absurd. The Er Visit is regarding my Fiance', B[redacted], DOB 02-25-1987.Desired Settlement: We would like this item off of our credit report, and opportunity to pay these bills without them affecting our credit negatively.
