I am rejecting this response because: It is not truthful because Ivan did provide me with a verbal quote for $5000.00, and as I stated that I told Ivan that I would like to get started as soon as possible and he said he would send me the written quote by email in a formal document later that day when he returned to the office. I have since had the roof work performed by *** *** for less than $which included all painted and sealed vents, pipe jacks, drip edges, Ice linings all around, and *** *** dimensional shingles and Building Permit with their Certification, and without any inflation of the price for additional nails, and shingles as Ivan said he would need for the total price which was actually $but agreed $after some negotiation. I do not believe Ivan is a honest man especially because of his response to this complaint and the amount of my effort to follow up with him by phone and email with "no" response. Additionally; as I sated Ivan was late for the quote, and did not even have a ladder that would reach the roof of my Ranch Home, I had to use my own ladder or we wouldn't have even got on to the roof. Ultimately I got more quality, and a more comprehensive replacement of my roof for less with *** *** who are very prompt, and that is why they, and have an outstanding track record, and A+ Revdex.com Rating which I support. My name is Ivan Arroyo, owner of ARROYOS ROOFING LLCI am responding to Mr***:On Wednesday June 17,I was working on the roof of a home in Longmont, CO when I was approached by Mr***. Mr*** asked if I could go to his house that same day, and give him a quote for replacing
his roof. I politely agreed and told him I could be there around P.MI arrived to Mr***s home about 1:P.MI got on the roof of the house, checked it and gave him a verbal estimate quote of $5000.00. There was no set date to discuss a contract or otherwiseAll Mr*** asked for was a verbal quote, which I gave him that same day. I apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding caused on my behalfFurther I would like to state that I am an honest man that prides my company based on the satisfaction of my customers, and the quality of work provided is my companies main priority.
