Rod came out to fix my washer/dryer combo unit from leaking. He was very knowledgeable and noticed the issue right away, but then found the major issue and instead of replacing a part that was still good. He found the clog caused by lint and cleared the lint from not only the problem area, but the whole unit. Then the price was much better than expected! A normal repairman would have told me to clean the lint (which was hiding in multiple places) or had me buy a part I didn’t need. Not Rod…he jumped in and delinted (new word I made up) my unit so that I could start washing today! Plus he came out the day after I called! I will be using them again!

The service provided by ARRQ (Technician was Rod) was professional, through and pleasurableThere were unforeseen issues that cropped up in what should have been a simple parts replacement, but our cooktop was 20+ years old and there were a few gremlins under the glass cooktop that were waiting
