Complainant is not being charged for a late October, rent payment. Complainant was advised that we will wait for her to pay us the October rent payment until complainant herself receives remibursement for the stolen money order

This letter is to inform you that Arruth Associates, Inc. has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 1/26/2015 4:46:23 PM and assigned ID [redacted]. Also that you are aware that I may never recieve a refund. I filed a tracker in October and still have nothing. I got a report it was cashed but it does not mean I will get a refund. I find this money lost. But if I do I will most definitely do so pay the office. Thank you for your fast response.
