We had a clogged toilet drain earlier this week. I had called around and could not find a plumber that could come over that day or would take the job until I reached ARS Rescue Rooters. They sent [redacted]. over later in the afternoon and he took care of the job. I want to state that he was one of the most professional and efficient plumbers I have ever met. He was extremely courteous, was mindful of our house and carpeting and our concerns, knew his job, determined the most efficient way to get the job done, and did it quickly. In the process we discussed the specific problem with our home and means of prevention of clogs in the future. My wife and I were both extremely pleased with the work. The charge for the work, for which we got an estimate in advance, was higher than I expected. But I think we did in fact get what we paid for. Extremely good service. I will ask for Eddie specifically if something like this should happen again in the future.

I was very satisfied with the company (ARS Rescue Rooter) and especially the Service Tech...[redacted]! He was polite, professional, personable, and his work was spot on! He explained everything in detail as to what the problem was and what he was going to do, and what he did worked...solved the problem. [redacted] cabled and scoured our kitchen drain line and replaced our garbage disposal to alleviate the clogged drain problems we have been having. He did a professional, thorough job, and he cleaned everything up completely when he finished. I highly recommend his services if you need anything like this done at your house.

I want to complement [redacted] and [redacted] of ARS for their excellent handling of a very difficult repair of a failed common main sewer line connection and related piping on my property and my neighbors property. They manually excavated an access hole 10 feet deep on my neighbors property and installed necessary shoring for their safety and that of the plumbing lines and minimized the amount property disruptions. Failed aging clay and cast iron piping was replaced and cracked underground clay piping further in on my property was cleaned, prepped and lining installed to prevent future root incursions.

They were easy to communicate with and kept me appraised of the project status as well as always being careful that my pet dog was not allowed to leave my property via an open gate.

On two occasions we had leaks and called ARS Rescue Rooter. [redacted] came quickly and was able to easily diagnose the problem and recommend a solution each time. He was honest and polite and I highly recommend his services. We will call again when we having plumbing problem.

Service was above & beyond . The Technician , [redacted], arrived punctually, was polite , and went about his investigation & repairs with a very professional attitude. He cleaned up after the repair and explained what he had to do & why and was up front about what the cost would be before doing the repair .

My husband & I were very impressed with his work ethics and he is certainly an asset to his company and we would not hesitate recommending him and his company.

Art did a great job that I thought would be a simple faucet replacement that turned out to be a nightmare due to corrosion. He was very polite and considerate. I am glad I called to have someone else do this job rather tackling it myself.

[redacted] did an excellent job at my house in Carlsbad. He is very professional and I highly recommend him from ARS. He explains what is he is doing, provides examples on how the plumbing system can be made better - including ways to save money, makes sure the problem you called for is addressed and evaluates your entire system from an expert view. His demeanor is respectful and relaxed and you truly feel he is looking out for your best interest.

ARS Rescue Rooter sent out [redacted]. to clean my sewer out to the street. He was very professional, polite, well dressed and did an excellent job. He didn't mind my questions about the process and went out of his way to explain things. I would recommend ARS and Manny to anyone needing these services.

I was very pleased with the service. I called in the morning and within a couple of hours the technician was here. He was pleasant and competent and did the work efficiently.

I experienced an emergency when my kitchen drain clogged up at the most inopportune moment during the work week. After calling around ARS was the only company that was able to service my issue the same day and within 4 hours after calling. This was still under the regular pricing and not an "emergency" fee based billing. I received prompt notification from their call center on the status of the expected plumber sent out to the site. The dispatcher even called back immediately after when they realized that their plumber would arrive earlier than the time they originally anticipated. Upon arrival, [redacted], the plumber, was very courteous and friendly and listened and confirmed the original issue that he was instructed to service. After investigating the issue and resolving the clog, [redacted], provided through explanation of services and the individual costs on the billing statement. Overall [redacted] was very respectful, professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend ARS and specifically him as a plumber.

[redacted] has serviced us 2 years back. I can't say he is good enough - he is excellent!
